I’ve heard a lot of different things about the next episode. That between brothers was the season finale and that the new one was going to be Dec 2nd. Well, it’s Dec 4th now..
Can I get a clear answer? What is the exact date of the next NEW episode?
It is unclear at this point when the exact airdate will be but I recently heard that the new episodes will begin airing next year.

Lord I hope so, wanting to know what the fall out from the kiss will be is makin me crazy… well crazier than normal :eek:
Well i’m just guessing, but ye i assume it’s January.
If they run all 13 episodes again, it won’t be until March until a new episode surfaces, and that is my best guess.

most tv shows that took a break around the same time Thundercats did are coming back in January. I imagine it’ll be the same for us.
When does Thundercats come back on the air?
Pretty self explanatory, does anyone know when T-cats resumes? I checked CN and this friday is a no go, will we get it before February?
im not sure, but i hope we can continue getting reruns of the episodes from season one. at least till i get the dvd chapter one and when chapter 2 comes out lol. i also heard it will return in febuary.:mummra:

not too sure about getting the reruns anymore. both this week and next week has Generator Rex in Thundercat’s timeslot.
hmm, i never saw the generator rex, so i might watch it. i would rather have the slot filled with reruns. to be honest
So… then when is it coming back? Before the end of Jan? Do we have to wait till Feb? Does anyone have a good idea as to when in general it will start to air again most likely?
No one really knows . The schedule for each month is usually not released until the last week of the previous month via toonzone.
Now for speculation…
Young Justice was off the air for six months, but a lot of that could have been attributed to a lack of finished episodes. Greg does production updates on his blog and if memory serves me , they only had two finished episodes available during the fist half of the hiatus. No sense in showing those two only to go back on hiatus .
Anyone have a link regarding the production of the first 26 Tcat episodes ? If they don’t have a good chunck of the next arc done , then I predict a semi long wait .
I hope its soon. The only problem is usually we see advertisement commercials for new seasons. There is usually a reptitive comercial concerning: “New Clone Wars, New Thundercats, New Ben 10, etc. etc.” So I am also guessing we will see that long before we see new episodes air. Who knows though. 
I asked on the crew blog sometime in november I think and they said, “Mmmm. There’s no easy question for that! Let’s just say we’re on the later half of the 26 episodes. We work on multiple episodes at once. I’d say we usually work on 5 or more episodes at the same time all in various stages.”
so it could very well be that the episodes aren’t finished yet.
In a normal television series on chanels like NBC, ABC, CBS, there’s usually about a 4 month break from May to September between seasons. But this show isn’t a typical season, it had only about half the number of episodes of what those shows would call a season.
I do not like Cartoon Network. They don’t seem to be very well organized. I think the new ThunderCats cartoon would have been better to have aired on another channel. Even Cartoon Network’s web site doesn’t seem very professional.
NBC, ABC, and CBS pretty much only air live action shows though. They can complete those much faster than an animated series. The fastest animated show would probably be South Park. They can finish an episode in about a week or two, but that’s because it’s entirely CG and they use really simple models. Something like Family Guy usually airs 20-ish new episodes in about a year.
I think it would have been better if the all the episodes had already been produced before airing, like the original show’s “first” season.

If that were the case we still wouldn’t have seen the first episode.
I mean give them time. They finished the first “season” and it’s only been a little more than a month since it ended. I want to see what happens next as much as the next person, but animation of this quality takes time and I don’t want to see a rush job.
