What's Your Favorite Drug?

To my knowledge, there are two episodes of Thundercats that deal with drugs: The Garden of Delights and The Keystone. Which one’s your favorite?

Mine is The Garden of Delights. As I’ve said before, the Thundercats was a show with its own vibe. It didn’t look, sound or feel like any other cartoon. Garden maintains that weird vibe. Keystone did NOT to me.

The Garden of Delights. I love the theme music for the garden in that episode. It fits the theme perfectly.

I’m the one and only person so far to vote for “The Keystone” - don’t get me wrong, “Garden” is one of my favourite episodes, but something about “The Keystone” I find ultra-memorable and gripping, it’s possibly my favourite episode from Season 2 Volume 1! :slight_smile:

I had to vote for the Keystone also. If only because of Tygra sporting that strung out, crackhead look.

I must say I liked the keystone. Not sure why, but I seem to remember enjoying this episode more…

Yup, that’s a cel piece. 2 layers + the background.
I’ll try and get a scan of the Tygra layer and background, without the arm and crystal the foreground. The detail on him is beautiful.

Ah.. to be able to duplicate that level of art work. :roll:

Keystone is the better of the two. Hopefully if there is a new series Tygra continues to be the only character that gets the drug episodes. :tygra:

The Garden of Delights had so many metaphors to drugs and drug addiction. My favorite part is when Tygra is flying and then suddenly he begins to fall, aka “crashing.” Interesting episode in many ways.
