What's the difference?

I had no idea what toy forum, or where in that forum to post this question. I picked here because I know at least one member (Vintage) collects these. I hope I’m not out of line. Can someone tell me what the difference between these two is?

just the ending dates is all and the fact that one is labeled moc and rare. THe other isnt possibly turning off a moc or mint collector. I love finding deals like that where they are mislabeled. I got an 8 back liono for 50bucks cause of that
