I would have to disagree with you on that. After the entire mess that was the 2011 series I don’t think any of the people involved in its creation should be involved with a new series.
Nickelodeon would be the best choice with Playmates doing the toys.
If it was on the Hub and Hasbro were involved it would be terrible…just look at G.I. Joe Renegades. 
I’ll have to admit Nickelodeon is becoming my favorite network now (use to be CN before it went live action).I’m starting to notice they air the new TMNT series @ 7am eastern time, making it 7 days a week.
“TMNT” is getting plenty of airtime thanks to Nick. ^^

As long as they put in the time & effort to make a decent Cats Lair like the new turtle play set, I’m satisfied!
Playsets are hard to come by these days. They’re pretty expensive to make.
Any movie with both Michael Bay and Megan Fox does not sound like a winning combination.
I’ll watch Michael Bay’s “TMNT” movie whenever it comes out.
While I question the existence of a Michael Bay-produced TMNT movie, Bay IMHO is far from the worst thing that has happened to the Turtles.
For me, that distinction goes to the 1980’s cartoon, and to a lesser extent Secret of the Ooze and The Next Mutation. Yes, I know a lot of you probably grew up on the 1980’s cartoon and that was likely your first introduction to them. But I’m one of those old-timers who was there when they first came out; when they were a dark and gritty underground comic. And I started getting interested in them after I saw them get a shout out in the liner notes for Metallica’s Master of Puppets album. I figured any comic that was considered cool enough for Metallica was worth my time.
So you can imagine how shocked, embarrassed and angry I became when I tuned-in for the first time to watch the cartoon, glad to be seeing the Turtles’ debut in an animated TV show. And instead of getting the dark and serious Turtles of the comics, I got…that. You want to talk about nerdrage? Oh man.
The first live action movie wasn’t too bad. It was more faithful to the comics than the cartoon was. But Secret of the Ooze? Two words: Vanilla Ice.
By the time Next Mutation came out, I had pretty much lost all hope that the tone and sensibility from the comics would ever come back, and that TMNT had been totally kiddified. But in recent years I’ve noticed a lot of Turtles projects that have been incorporating it to various degrees. The 2003 cartoon was much more faithful to the comics, IMO. The CGI animated movie was also very good. And the new show on Nick has me pleasntaly surprised, as it manages to deftly balance and mix in elemants of both the comics and the '80s cartoon.
But no. While Michael Bay may be the Devil to a lot of people, he isn’t to me. And I reiterate, he’s FAR from the worst thing that’s happened to the Turtles.
It’s just about as good of a combination as drinking orange juice after brushing your teeth.

I grew up on the 80s cartoon. Loved it then. Though to be honest I haven’t watched it since I was little and I have no idea how it holds up to memory.
Michael Bay may not be the worst thing, but that doesn’t mean he’s a good thing. The #1 thing I, and a ton of other fans, have against this new movie is that they’ve said they’re making them aliens. I’m sorry, but that goes against the whole concept of the franchise. So much that they even had to change the name from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, to just “Ninja Turtles.”
I could bear Megan Fox as April (though I think that’s a horrid casting choice; give me Jewel Staite or Emma Stone or pretty much anyone else), if I thought they’d at least have the same base core to the story.
Well, I can tell you one thing…
If Saban ever did do ThunderCats, all the ThunderCats would have their own robot!
We’ve already seen a preview of Tygra’s Zord mode in “The Soul Sever”.
Then Wilykit could summon the Thundertank with her flupe out of some generic Thunderian lake, and all the Berbils would merge with it to make the all powerful RoCatThunderBerbil zord.
