I see that January 25, 2011, is the date recorded for having the most number of people on here at once - 608! I’m just curious, what was so special about that day that drew so many people?
We saw the first ever image of the 2011 cartoon ThunderCats from London Toyfair. There was also a bit of controversy with this, as the event stated not to take photos, but one of our member leaked the pic on here anyway.

Yeah, you’ve got a picture of toys on a shelf with signs saying no cameras around them.
Only time I ever went against any rules like that was when a major ex-political figure was in town to give a speech and I had to go to make up for a journalism assignment, I brought my little audio recorder though they forbid them so I could get exact quotes for my assignment, but that’s all I ever did with it. I thought it funny to ban them. The person really wasn’t that interesting imo. But something like those images would be pure gold to many collectors and fans.
I was so happy about what I saw in that convention that I couldn’t keep the excitement to myself… I felt like I owed to share those images with my fellow ThunderCats fans.
It’s something I’ll be taking about to my children one day, as I wrote a tiny bit of ThunderCats history.
