I have two pics of mini moc figs that I was outbid on. I am wondering what company made them. The logo sort of looks like Hasbro, but Hasbro never made Thundercats. What do you think?

thanks for the help juanplb but its not antex. I got a tygra from this company the other day and didnt have time to get the info up here till today. The company is IGA (I think). It has IGA in the little house and it says juegtes con vida underneath. These come from Mexico.
