Does anyone have any good recommendations for curing a strained lower back? It kills me to stand up, sit down, bend, or stretch. Once I’m in a position I’m fine. Pain seems to focus more on the right side of my lower back with a dull ache in my upper right leg. Not the first time I’ve thrown out my back but the last time was many years ago. I initially threw it out after shoveling snow and what they say is true - throw your back out once and it’s never the same again.
What do you mean by “no plot” Nine Tiger? Right now I have a vague idea of where the story will go and I have a very clear visual of the final scene.

My kitten has fleas. I haven’t had to deal with fleas on my pets since I was a kid. Wondering how to kill them.
That sounds simpler at least than what we had to deal with: Ocelli gave one of our cats food that it turned out he had an allergic reaction to! His hair fell out, he lost weight, and apparently it irritated his skin so much that he caused scabs from scratching himself so much! Now though it seems like he’s getting himself back to normal…though I wish he’d go back to using the litter box again like he used to!:mad:
He’s part Ragdoll, so he used to be kind of big and fluffy. Now though he looks like he’s halfway to becoming Mr. Bigglesworth! He looks freaky.
As for your lower back, I can’t really think of anything. I had a friend who broke her back after she fell from a bridge and they put her on morphine. But I don’t recommend that.
As for me, I’m getting ready to go out and make a final payment on the carpet. Then hopefully we can try to see The Muppets.

The best way to get rid of fleas is to attack them at all life cycles. First of all, treat your cat with a -real- topical drop (Frontline, or Advantage none of the cheap stuff seeing it dosnt work at all) Sure it costs alot but it works.
Once the cat is treated, then you have to treat your home. The cheapest and easiest way to do this is get one box of Borax and follow these directions…
1 box of BORAX
1 cup of table SALT
Mix it all together into one big bowl or container
Get a large spoon to sprinkle the mixture dry everywhere and I mean everywhere, carpets, hardwood, couches, etc etc. Make sure to get the corners of rooms and cracks.
Leave down for about two hours or more. This is safe and non toxic to pets and kids so you can stay in the home. Might just have crunchy feet.
After two hours, vaccume up all of the mixture. Its alright if a little stays behind.
Empty out the bag or container of the vaccume.
Repeat this the next week.
The reason why this works is the borax and salt bond to Flea adults, eggs, and larva and dehydrate them like jerky.
After this, you need to get flea bombs. One per room works well. Sadly these are exspensive, about $14 for a three pack. You have to leave the home when you set these off for about two hours, and you have to bring your kitty with you. After two hours you return to your home and open the windows and let it air out for about an hour.
Once your back inside, wipe down any surfaces and such and take care of anything else that may have gotten the bomb spray on them.
THat should take care of your problem. Vaccume alot and make sure everything is clean! Best of luck =D
Best and safest for the kitten is to use a flea comb. That gets rid of everything and does not expose kitten to toxins. Current preparations can kill a kitten

My contract is coming due soon. I’m actually thinking about downgrading to a basic phone with just text messaging. I like having internet availability on my cell phone, it does come in handy, I just don’t like the monthly cost of service.
I just got back from doing some Christmas shopping. Now I’m ready for my paycheck to hit my account this week.

No, but the board will get credit anyway. 
Been too busy to get to it. Found a flea in my bed this morning, so I really should take care of the problem. Fortunately I haven’t gotten bitten yet.
