So today Super7 teased wave 2. On the table was very clear indications of Pumyra, Tygra, Mumm-Ra and Grune.
In front of both Tygra and Pumyra were second heads - but it is unclear if they’re alternate ones.
In front of Mumm-Ra is a clear Mamutt figure.
There’s a bunch of stuff in front of Grune but I can’t make out what is that spidery thing with its legs. Treasure of Thundera chest?
Wilykat is on the side to the left with his spaceboard.
So who will go with who? What other extras will there be?
I love this wave. If all mentioned are included it may be 6 figures in total!!!

I assume that every single character will come with 2 heads. Other than that, I have no idea.

Some characters would be better with extra accessories instead of a second head.
A Grune head with both Sabre teeth would be cool.

I do like that they ‘might’ be packaged with Tigra and Cheetara like the original PVC figures.
Was there a snarf pack-in in the original line??

Snarf came with Lion-O I believe, same as Ma-Mutt with Mumm-Ra.
I’m much more excited now. I just hope it’s not forever to get something in hand. I want this to flow smoothly! It’s been so long again.

Yes I think it should be going smoothly from now on. Brian said that they’re still on track for a May release and we’ll be seeing the test shot pictures of wave 1 soon. They were part of the wave 2 photo session last week.
Correct - Snarf and Ma-Mutt were offered with Lion-O and Mumm-Ra in the same wave as WilyKit and WilyKat back then. They were initially released without them but joined in a second wave.
Brian confirmed the preorder will go live on Jan 7th, 2020.

wouldnt it be the best if they announced the 4 figs from the tease pic (tygra, pumyra, mummra and grune) and also throw in a random fig…like a Lunatac or mongor…something completely out of left field…maybe something we have never gotten…i doubt it but it would be cool…

That would be absolute heaven. Seeing Ma-Mutt already is a treat! Apparently somebody read somewhere we’ll see more teases soon.
When did we get the actual pics of wave 1 before the pre-order began?
They were only shown once the preorder opened.
Very excited for these, I thought this line was dead! Not a fan of Pumyra being released again though, hope we can still buy them individually.
The Pumyra re-release will be fixed to be the correct height which will make it a vast improvemrnt to the original Mattel release.
