As shown in my main picture in my collection thread I got a very paintworn Wilykat for 99 pence (that also included Wilykit) and I started to fix him up to look new and then thought I may as well go the extra mile as the ‘as new’ figure is very bland and mostly orange with his tunic same color as his skin it seems so I put a bolder orange for his tunic and on his boots, made the darker color of the boots and tunic a richer brown and redid all the red trims. Also colored the light part of his face brighter and used the same color to do his forearms. Also redid his hair (cos it was the most worn bit of all lacking a lot of the original paintwork) and did it so the whiter part of his is higher like it is in the show and redid the black stripes (since they too had gone). Fixed up minor details such as his eyebrows and those lil bits under the eyes. Am a lot happier with him now and feel he stands out nicely. Again I’m not a professional with all this repainting but I think he looks decent and for a horribly paintworn figure for 99pence (or 50p if you remember Wilykit was also in the pack) I think I got more than my money’s worth.
