Vintage LJN Ring of Omens????

I came across this listing on EBay and honestly have no idea what it is. I don’t claim to be the expert when it comes to ThunderCats toys but I have a pretty decent knowledge of the LJN line. But I cannot recall ever hearing about this. It is described as “Vintage LJN ThunderCats Ring of Omens”. Here is the image.

I have all of the LJN vehicles and I don’t think it’s from inside of any of the vehicles, though I could be wrong. They look like rusty metal wheels from a trolley or something. :confused
