As Cheetara said, he’s lucky he’s cute.
Good Lord yes. So the boy is really a huge dork in disguise. Ugh, I think I got sick from the corniness
or the three bags of candy. Whose sweetness DID NOT COMPARE lol
…
…
but really.
He could’ve shut up at any time.
And I’m wondering if this could just be some inconsistency in writing popping up or that he’s a little more thick-headed than I thought…or emphasizing that he’s a skeptic… Boy, wasn’t your race ended in part because of a curse? Oh, Tygra…I still love you
Makes me wonder though…Are the kids watching going to be calling a kiss “getting lucky” from now on? lol
For kids, that is getting lucky. ![]()
Again, call me biased, but I don’t think he was corny. It’s the first time we have seen a display of affection from him since “New Alliances”. For all we know, this might have been the first time he got to be alone with her after a long time, so maybe he has been wanting to say those things for a while but didn’t find the moment and time. So, maybe he takes the little moments he gets to express his feelings because, given the conditions they’re living under, he doesn’t know when he will be able to do it again, or even if he will ever be to do it again.
Besides, weren’t people complaining about Cheetygra not having some"quality time" together? Now they complain because it was too much… I’m confused lol
About him not believing in curses when his whole clan was under one, well, yes, plot mistake.
I agree with you. But the whole “not believing in curses” may just be some sort of denial. He doesn’t want to lose anyone to a curse again, so he tries to say there isn’t one.
That’s actually a good point.
It wouldnt be the most horrible thing Ive heard fly out of a kids mouth..![]()
…filthy little imps:thumbsup:
" Eww! Look Dana, mom and dad are getting lucky again!
After he was proven wrong about the first time I think he was mostly kidding when he kept denying. He was winking when he said he was never wrong.
That’s what I think too.
Here are a couple Tygra screen shots. Can you guess the episode?
Trials, Part 2
The episode when he says: THUNDERCATS, HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
“Trials of Lion-O” Part 2. He should’ve acted more like a TRUE leader, but the writers wouldn’t have any of that.
The whole point of that episode was to show Tygra that Lion-O really was a good leader. So why would they have made Tygra be a better leader than Lion-O if the point was to bring out Lion-O’s abilities as a leader when he came back?
Because Tygra studied military techniques, so he should known better.
I know the idea was for Lion-o to get valued as a leader by the end, but that doens’t mean Tygra had to be such a bad leader. His idea to attack Mumm-Ra and the lizards was terrible, even Snarf would have come out with a better plan. He should have planned an strategy like “I’ll go invisible. Cheetara, be fast. Pantrho, use your extendible arms from here and grab the sword, etc.”
That episode did little favor to him IMO.
The next episode did, though.
“Trials of Lion-O” Part 2" episode was a big disapointment for me. IMO the weakest episode.
So many contraries, not only becasue they made Tygra a ‘bad’ leader to make Lion-o shining even more, but also many other things.
It was alright. “Berbils” and “Survival of the Fittest” take the cake for me for the weakest episodes.
Back to Tygra: Did anyone else notice he looked a little different this episode? His face just seemed a little different.
I never noticed Tygra’s face looking different. I’d chalk it up to the differing animation style the show has.
