how would becoming a general take that away from him? There has been lots of noble generals in history.

I don’t mind him having the rank, but I’d like to see him defined by more than a military rank. Obi Wan, for example, was first known as a Jedi Knight, only referred to as General by those he fought with.
Thanks for the welcome! Yeah I finally finished reading the other pages and pretty much felt like a dork, but that’s nothing new. Group goal: beat MummRa, keep Lion-O alive. And I really like what Paradoxy said that they’ll do whatever needs to be done to reach that goal. When I first think invisibilty powers I think of someone stealing things, or sneaking away in a tight spot, not FIST TO THE FACE as Tygra shows to be his method.
And to CoT; I’m most similar to your friends- gotta have a goal/plan, know where I’m going lol. It makes spontaneity difficult(for me). Tygra I think balances this with a good amount of cautiousness- he’s got to with Lion-O’s impulsivity(<-man I hope that’s a word).
And General’s Tygra and Panthro…it has a nice ring to it. 
Personally I think he’ll remain prince Tygra and possibly have some head of council role, possibly take over from Jaga’s role??
I don’t think he’d take over Jaga’s role at all. Tygra isn’t a Cleric so why would he be appointed head Cleric? Cheetara is the Cleric and that job should go to her.
Still, I think he’ll be 2nd in command and an advisor to Lion-O. Maybe a Jagaesque kind of role but he wouldn’t be in Jaga’s position.
I like the idea of Tygra taking Jaga’s position because I like the idea that he was once trained by Jaga (perhaps that’s where he learned his trick of invisibility) but had walked away from that in favor of a military career. I think it would be cool if he finds himself on this journey by embracing the noble pursuit of the clerics (whatever that pursuit may be, the clerics kind of confuse me as to who they are exactly).
Hmmm, as much as I like Tygra and would like to see all that, I think thje “Jaga” position as head of clerics and counsellor to Lion-o should be reserved for Cheetara,a nd the “Grune” position as a General should be Panthro’s. Tygra could be the second in command (like the vice-president lol), after all, he was in the OS.
But I hope he finds a place for himself in all this. Maybe nothing related with military or royalty? It could be, and it would be fine for me, but that’s not necessarily a “must” IMO.
I love Tygra, I really do, but I want Cheetara to be head cleric. She’s been getting so little character development that if you took away her being the cleric of the group, she’d just be “the chick”. And even if she gets more development, Tygra suddenly being a better cleric and/or Cheetara’s boss just feels… I don’t know. It would be nice to see a strong woman in Jaga’s position.
Going by interviews and random crew comments, I kinda get the feeling that Tygra and Lion-O aren’t going to be close enough in a while for Tygra to become Lion-O’s second in command.
They’re the royal body guards. “Guardians of the crown.”
There was more than one General. Panthro, Grune, and Lynxo were ALL Generals.
That sounds similar to Chief Adviser Peregren’s position on Avia; King Falconer respected him like an older brother, even when he didn’t agree with his view.
You’re right, so there’s a chance for Tygra to be one as well.
“General Tygra” has an awesome ring to it.
This is what I meant …not so much the head opf the clerics maybe, but the advisor to the king. Having said that…Jaga was a magician and Tygra is leaning toward the tech (not that they r necessarily mutually exclusive).

I’m not fond of the title “viceroy.” It makes me think of Star Wars and those creatures trying to conquer Padme’s people. Slime balls.

I don’t like “Viceroy” either, makes me think of the Spanish domination over South America, and how the King sent a Viceroy to our countries.
