With the revelation that the season finale will have Cheetara picking her special guy friend I thought it would be fun how everyone thinks things are going to go. I know we have a lovve triangles thread, and I’m not trying to steal its thunder (it’s fun over there, so go check it out if you havn’t yet) so I added some extra options aside from those in the triangle.
I think they will come out of the Astral Plane together and Cheetara will just randomly kiss Lion-O on the mouth. And that will be that.
Tygra will be upset and possibly leave for a short while or brood until he finds someone new/gets over it.
That thread can be lots of fun, which is why Im sad that the triangle will be resolved next episode. Never got to see anyone develop into their relationship.
I want it to be Tygra, but unless the synopsis is a bit misleading I dont see how they can pull that off. Cheet-O at this point in time has not at all developed anything solid but they do illustrate what COULD BE INTERPRETED AS romantic affection/attention. CheeTygra just has Tygra unwavering but unnoticed feelings for Cheetara.
Cheetara choosing the robot unicorn makes about as much sense as her choosing anyone else given what we’ve seen, so I voted for that.

Sigh, sadly I believe it will be Lion-O but I’m hoping its Tygra, wished the triangle wasn’t over so soon as I hardly think Tygra had much of a chance to be a part of it, just extremely disappointing I felt like we needed at the very least 4 or 5 more episodes of it! I don’t think Cheetara even had a chance to notice Tygra in that way.
With the way it’s developing, I see it going towards Lion-O unless he steps aside for Tygra which I really don’t see happening. If there was more time for some buildup, I’d say Tygra would have a chance but as it stands, I’m thinking Lion-O.
there is always the possibility that they will show Cheetara’s feelings on the brothers, making her choice at the end not so shocking.
of course she could also bust them out on the whole “competition” thing and let them know that neither of them have a shot
I’m still thinking Tygra is “the friend” in Cheetara’s mind, I was hoping with more time and courage on Tygra’s part she’d see something different, but her lack of attention on Tygra is either her knowing and thinking Tygra doesn’t need the constant reassurances or she has not a clue. I just can’t see Cheetara returning those feelings without just a smidgeon more attention to Tygra, you know tag teaming some bad guys with some witty banter seems like their flirting style. SO nervous for tomorrow!!
It’s a hard choice; for moments I lean towards Lion-o because of how the show has developed and shown the relationships between the members of th group (very little at this point, to be honest). Yes, I’m mad that they haven’t shown more of the Cheetara-Tygra relation, or give the trianlge some more time to boil up and we could see the spotted one’s feelings towards the striped one (although, you know what they say when talking about clothes: dots and stripes don’t match… hope it’s not the same with cats lol)
But, even whan I agree everything points it to be Lion-o, I still think (and hope lol) Tygra has a chance.
Maybe she has been loving him in silence as well, remember those flashbacks were from Tygra’s point of view, not Cheetara’s, and I think the producers don’t show Cheetara’s point of view for som reason. I’ve said before maybe because of being adopted Tygra fears rejection, and interprets many things like that, but what he saw from Cheetara might not be her real feelings, only how he read her reactions.
My theory? The brothers come out from the Astral Plane, Cheetara kisses Lion-o in the cheek, Tygra turns jealous and sad but again says nothing, and Cheetara kisses him and says “you think I didn’t know? I feel it too” or something like that.

At least he still kicks an enormous amount of butt while still having some snarky wit. I’ll be bummed if it’s Lion-O she chooses, but if that happens we can still keep enjoying Tygra being awesome.
I think that will be the case since we really haven’t gotten in her head so seeing some subtle (or not at all subtle) hints on her thoughts pre-beau choosing will make it seem less rushed.
I know some people are saying it’s obvious but this show has surprised us before. I have to wonder what the point of a love triangle is if it’s clear who is going to end up with who before it’s over. There must be a point to them clearing it up so soon as well since some shows I’ve watched try to milk love triangles for all they’re worth.
I think it was meant to create additional drama between Lion-O and Tygra. Otherwise, would we even have any current tension between the brothers that would really cause a clash between them like we are going to see in the next episode?
I think the answer would be no because Tygra disagreeing about a command decision from Lion-O and ending up fighting him seems kind of petty on his part because Lion-O really did nothing to instigate it and **** Tygra off.
With the love triangle, it is adding in some extra reasons for Tygra to be ****ed at Lion-O, especially since Lion-O is being a bit of a jerk towards Tygra right now about it even if Tygra deserves it a bit.
Though in Lion-O’s defense, this is the first time he’s beating Tygra at something. He is just unaware that this is something important to Tygra or else I think he would’ve been more tactful.
