Ya, I feel the same way, since they didn’t show any pics of his truck form. So a Transformers toy that … doesn’t transform???

Can’t say that I have ever heard of ROM. But then again, there are so many toylines that I don’t know about. Is that a popular toyline?

Not the first time. Google Transformers Action Masters. There have been multiple other Transformers figures that couldn’t transform though. Just cartoon accurate robots to pose with lots of accessories.
