Good we can find out if Tigers are jerks in this series and maybe we can actually see a female version.
The Twins getting some focus, it is about time. I wonder who or what is hunting them.
Finally we get to see Pumyra, maybe enxcuse to but her in a metal bikini or nothing at all. I hope they making her closer to Lion-o’s age.
So in “The Trials” part 2, Lion-o alone has to rescue the other TCs from Mumm-Ra? Guess it’s turning kind of the OS now lol.
I’m eager to see “Native Son”; finally we might find something on Tygra’s past!

The problem with this is Tygra might miss some eps then, and I want him in every ep lol
Besides, it says “Lion-o and Tygra find the Tiger Clan”… no Cheetara in the picture, so she isn’t there, so she can’t get jealous 
Wow, they all sound great. It’s about time the Kittens got their own episode, been looking forward to that. Pumyra being forced to fight in a gladiator arena is an interesting idea, I can’t imagine her not wanting to stay with the Thundercats after they find her.
Unless she is really angry they didn’t find her sooner or something weird like that.
I hope we at least see Bengali in the Tiger village or they at least mention him, also I wish we could find out what happened to Lynx-o.
Not necessarily. Episodes can give part time to Tygra in showing what he’s doing in the Village. Some adventures of his own with The Clan, as we learn more and more about him(his past, specifically).
Once again, i have feedback about two episodes
While the idea of Tygra leaving is interesting, i honestly don’t see that working. First of all, they just got him and Cheetara together, having Tygra leave not long after that seems kind of abrupt, don’t you think? Plus, after all of Tygra’s teasing, chastising and sense of superiority, i need closure for all that. An episode where Lion-O finally knocks Tygra down a peg, if he leaves, that may never happen
Part of me can’t help but think that “Native Son” will be the episode where Tygra’s OS mental powers come to the surface. Assuming that the writers didn’t decide to replace that with him having a blaster already.
As for “The Pit”, as i’ve said, i’m a huge supporter of the Lion-O/Pumyra romance. But the more i want this to be the case, the more part of me feels that the writers aren’t going to go that direction. So, you understand my nervousness. I really, really hope they do make it happen
In the OS I would think that was possible, but in this Lion-o-centric NS, I doubt it. Unless they show Lion-o wondering what would Tygra be doing, and then they show 3 secs of Tygra in the village 
Well, now, it’s very possible it may not happen right away. It took time for Tygra and Cheetara to finally hook up, and it could very well be the same with Lion-O and Pumyra. We definately shouldn’t expect immediate romance between them in “The Pit”, that’s for sure. It’s a process.
Maybe, but until i actually hear her interact with the other Thundercats, see what her personality is like, find out whether or not she’s joining the others, or at the very least, hear and see what she looks and sounds like, i won’t be at ease.
For example, until i see her interact with Lion-o in a way that at least implies that something’s there (like say, her being rather close-mouthed with him, which would imply that she values Lion-O’s input above everyone else’s) I won’t be able to let this thought settle. And if it turns out (and i’m starting feel that that will be the case) that Pumyra isn’t that special someone for Lion-O, I don’t know what I’ll think after that. Since it seems like the series will likely go for the ideas that a few other posters posted; her being with Ben-Gali or just not being with anyone, or worse, not following the original series’ intention of making her part of the group. It’s just a lot to think about
On another note, part of me thinks that some of you may have jumped the gun on this whole “Tygra will leave to stay with his own kind” scenario. In the OS, Tygra didn’t “leave” the group until everyone else went back to start life anew on New Thundera, and even then, he didn’t really leave, he was just holding down the fort on Third Earth, and if he and Cheetara had two sons, I’m assuming either he came to Cheetara or she came to him.
I’m so happy about April’s forthcoming ThunderCats episodes. Lion-O battling Mumm-Ra will no doubt be epic, we’ll finally learn about Tygra’s past, the ThunderKittens get an episode to themselves, and Pumyra’ll come into the picture.
You’re idea of romantic chemistry is one character shutting up every time the other voices an opinion? Maybe its the word choice, closed-mouth doesn’t have the best implications. Most definitely not in a romantic relationship. I would love for Pumyra to hold her own against Lion-O. Cheetara’s approach is gentle and subdued. I would like for someone to have no qualms about telling him to grow up, or back off. No more of this, “but he is the king” crap.

When i said “Closed-mouth” i meant that Lion-O would be the least likely person Pumyra would open up to, because she values his opinion most of all, not because he’s the one in charge, but because she secretly likes him.

I’m not liking the “Lion-o saves the day again” vibe I’m getting from “Lion-o Trials part 2”… hope it doesn’t turn into an every week episode’s plot like the OS.
From what little I saw in the last ThunderCats commercial CN aired, the other Cats will be kicking plenty of butt once Lion-O gets them free, so it’s not like they’re helpless.
Kinda hoping “Native Son” is just about Lion-O and Tygra. The two of them just hanging out and trying to build a better relationship when they stumble across this discovery.
“The Pit” sounds like it could be awesome, and now for my own personal theories on this episode (which boarders on fan fiction, but try not to hold that against it).
The cats are once again hungry and out of supplies so they stop in the nearby Dog city to stock up. They come across the gladiator pit mentioned in the title and discover an obscenely outmatched cat refugee forced to fight for their amusement (Pumyra). Lion-O jumps in and attempts to put an end to it but the Dogs claim that they’re actually being quite fair (by their standards) because if she can survive the games she’ll earn her freedom wheres otherwise she would remain a slave. Lion-O then offers to fight in her place, the other Cats object but Lion-O counters that a just king should be willing to lay down his life for his people and they have an obligation to their fellow Tunderians because there are so few left.
Lion-O then enters the games, each challenger being stronger than the last. Pumyra reveals her medical training and tends to his wounds between matches and is amazed at the amount of hardship he is willing to endure just to earn her freedom. Inevitably she develops a crush on him. In the penultimate match Lion-O is badly beaten and even with Pumyra’s expertise it looks like he will not survive the last fight. She will beg him to leave her behind but he insists, saying he could never abandon her. The final battle comes and Lion-O is in no condition to fight and is sorely outmatched. Before he can be killed though his opponent is struck with a heavy rock Pumyra launched, having converted a medical sling to function as a weapon. She continues dancing around her opponent, leaping and pelting him with slingstones until he is finally defeated and she helps Lion-O from the ring. As Lion-O heals up Pumyra is by his side and he asks her where she found the strength to fight. She says that she couldn’t abandon him either and if a kind is truly just his people should be willing to die for him as well.
And then they ride off into the sunset.
Whatever way these episodes pan out (I’m sure we’ve all got our own ideas and preferences), I think on the whole these new announced episodes are sounding epic! This series started out great, and has had one or two tiny wobbles, but is hitting its stride and getting better and better!
