Received a BBTS notification that the 'Tank has moved its release to November this year. What do you think, guys? Add 2 extra months or we gonna get it for Christmas?

Iāve no issue waiting. With everything else you canāt be surprised. This is a dream item. Anyone who passes it up will very likely regret it in the end.
A bit late to the conversation, but I can confirm this from my study of the ThunderTank for the purposes of making an accurate role-playing game adaptation. Indeed, the thing would be something like eight yards long and weigh around fifteen tons. A model of 1:12 scale would then be two feet long and weight 17 pounds (if metal; less for plastic).

Overall it looks like Jay liked it with some minor nitpicks. I am still on the fence for itā¦ I didnāt pre-order, but can still get it. Itās a little bit the cost that is holding me back, but mostly the space and I think I prefer displaying the characters out; I donāt know if I want to set them up in/around the tank. On the other hand, this feels like a rare opportunity and maybe just go in on it. I guess I could always set up the tank separate or keep it in the box if I donāt like displaying them together.
Got my tank in the mail today! Seeing it online did not prepare me for how huge it is! So amazing to have this finally!
I decided to order the tank after a lot of back and forth in my head. The place I ordered from is usually slow to get things in, so I probably will wait a while, but thatās OK. It will give me time to figure out where/how I want to display it.
At the end of the day I figured itās iconic and something at this scale for this property isnāt likely to come along too often. The reviews have generally all been positive as well.
The next question is if I should get the electro-charger as wellā¦
My tank came last week. Itās pretty much exactly what I expected from the reviews. It feels well built; I guess because of the weight.

The bad guys are on a different shelf for now; Iāll have to figure out how to better incorporate them; maybe on a nearby shelf or something.
Iām planning a diorama. Iāve never built one, have no idea what Iām doing, and Iāve chosen something that doesnāt feel basic and I only have like, 2 ref pics.
So ā¦ lol, maybe a year optimistically given what time it can even devote.
