Nice list Optimus. I disagree in some though. Some I wouldn’t have included (like the trail of strenght, Mumm-Rana’s belt, the Return to Thundera 5-parter, Astral Prison, Jade Dragon), and others I think are missing, most of them from season 1 (Garden of Delights, Mycrits, Mongor, Safari Joe, Crystal Canyon).
I didn’t watch most of season 4, so can’t say much about those episodes (besides “Mossland Monster” which I kinda liked, but hardly qwould have it in my top list).

So, here after a loooong due lol, here’smy list. I lowered it down to 25.
Warning: many of the eps here have Tygra as a “main” character, not only beause I’m a fan of him, but because I really think the eps cenetered on him were some of the darkest, creepiest and most intriguing throughoput the series.
I also picked many of the “team work” eps, I really enjoyed them, as well as those were a Mutant worked on his own (I even picked “Superpower Potion” in the beginning, but I think “Jackalman Rebellion” and “Monkian’s Bargain” were better).
Also, I tried to list them in order, but I think it’s more of a random order after all, because sometimes it was really hard.

ive seen alot of newer members as of late as well as returning 80s thundercat toon fans and i was wondering what you think of my list and also what is yours?
sorry i was never a fan of all that glitters and fireballs of plundar is just an average ep to me, i am glad though u like so far the rest of my list:D
The main reason i picked these episodes from your list is because they have some very well written background stories which shed light on the origin of main characters and their past.For instance in Jade Dragon we get to see Jaga young and in Shadow master we have Claudus appearance in the Shadow realm!! Of course ep. like Ghost Warrior, Excalibur are unique of their own!! Also i’d definitely add [FONT=arial][FONT=arial][SIZE=2]Sword in the Hole [/SIZE][/FONT][/FONT]for Shiner’s debut and the amazing scene where the imprisoned Lion-O calls back the sword from the black hole!
and [FONT=arial][FONT=arial][SIZE=2]Key of Thundera [/SIZE][/FONT][/FONT]due to Tygra’s erratic character and devious persona
Tygra_Rules you are absolutely right, i am sorry i meant to write the Crystal Canyon instead. After Tygra gets hold of the Keystone he becomes slave to it and a ‘dark’ side starts emanating, revealing secret desires and thoughts of this enigmatic character.
