ThunderCats theme remixed.

I wasn’t sure where to put this, since it’s musical in nature. However since it relates to the show I figured here would be as good a place as any.

I recently bought season 1 Vol. 1 on DVD and enjoyed every minute of it. So much so that I became inspired.
I began work on a version of the ThunderCats theme. Whilst it says remix in the thread title, the track is a fully orchestral piece. I tried to combine Jaga’s theme with the main theme. I think it turned out rather well.
Bare in mind that this is still a work-in-progress. I hope to implement the other characters themes into it as well. But here it is so far.

EDIT: Ok, I’ve done Panthro’s theme with a reprise of the main theme. This hopefully is the final version.

Bit of an update for you. I’ve done Tygra’s and Cheetara’s themes. Cheetara’s was difficult, even having a clean mp3 to draw from. (I think there’s still a few miss-notes in there)

Delicious drama to the opening and nice melding of different music with the traditional theme. You should have been on that special feature instead of the Rembrandts :-p

…Although, I have to hold my hand up and say that I loved the Rembrandts’ version of the TCats theme, it’s seen a lot of plays on my iPod! :oops:

One day I’ll have to try and con my band into doing a bluegrass version of the ThunderCats theme, although somehow I can’t see them buying it…! :wink:

Ok, I think I’ve finally finished it. So the theme line up in the track is Jaga/Thundera, Main theme, Tygra, Cheetara, Panthro/Thundertank, Main theme reprise.

I hope you all enjoy it.

It’s good but a lot of the notes in Tygra’s theme are off.

Everybody else’s sounds OK.

Jaga’s/Thundera’s are slightly off, but not BAD.
