Thundercats Seasons 3 and 4

Howdy

I know there has been some talk about Thundercats Seasons 3 and 4 and I know that WB decided on releasing them on DVD in just two seasons, but I was wondering if someone could tell me where Season 3 ends and Season 4 begins. If I was to guess rightly Season 3 opens up with the Thundercubs 5 parter right? If so then where does Season 4 start?

Thanks for any help

Yep, Season Three opens with the ‘Thundercubs’ Five Parter and closes with ‘The Last Day’, which in my opinion really should have been the final episode.

Season Four opens with the ‘Return to Thundera’ Five parter, then finishes with ‘Book of Omens’.

Thank you Martin…who is Wacky…erm yeah.

On another note…that is if anyone rechecks this thread does the Thundercats have an actual ending?

Chris M

Well yes…and No…

‘Book of Omens’ doesnt really finish things off, and the ending easily makes way for more episodes. But there is a sense of closure about it all.

‘The Last Day’ on the other hand, rather nicely finishes things off, shame it wasnt the last episode.

Oh right, hmmm, well I will have to see when I get the next boxset, it sounds like a bit of a D&D thing. I think The Dragon’s Graveyard should have ended the show…instead though we got NO ending :frowning:

I agree with you about D&D. Though at least a final episode was written and that script is available for fans to view.

I just wish that Disney would animate the final Dungeons and Dragons episode in a similiar animation to the old series and then release it as a direct to DVD special. Maybe after the original series has been released.
