I like the first two episodes because the 2011 series showed promise then.
I liked every single episode. I can’t make a list because my favorites are mostly tied. If I had to name them, in no particular order, it would be this:

All the other episodes were fantastic but these ones really shined to me.
My faves are:
Song of the Petalars: Most beautiful episode ever. Beautiful music, beautiful quotes and a beautiful friendship. Most spiritually intense episode ever. Plus, the arrival of Panthro and the Thundertank makes it bad@$$!!
Omens, Part 1: Everyone loves the pilot. I hated seeing Tygra handing Lion-O’s @$$ to him, though. And Grune being a jerk.
Survival of the Fittest: I adore the Wily twins and their past and their kindness to others made me love them more.
Forever Bag: The only thing I hated about this episode was Tookit. And I loved how Hynden Walch made Jenyo sound a bit like a nicer version of Breach from Generator Rex.
Legacy: Leo in the Armour of Omens beating the heck out of Mumm-Ra=WIN! Also, Panthera, cos if she died in the crash to Third Earth, I’m sure she saved Leo by shielding him with her body.
Journey to the Tower of Omens: Seeing Cheetara respond to the ThunderSignal and putting her foot in Mumm-Ra’s face was epic!
Trials (Both parts): I loved seeing Lion-O’s personality become what he is thanks to those trials. And Kit’s boundless loyalty to him was touching.
Duelist and Drifter: I like this quote: ‘Willows are weak, yet they bind other wood.’ And Lion-O speedily avoiding the Duelist’s blows were made of win!
Berbils: Cutest episode. Not the most beautiful episode, the cutest.
Ramlak Rising: Moby Dick is one of my favourite books and this episode paid great homage to Herman Melville’s memory.
I really did like all of the episodes 
so it’s hard to chose , plus , this was a season divded into 2 pars so i’ll try and mix it up :
10 - The forever bag : alot of people won’t agree with me on this , but I just love fantasy themed thief stories and they did this one with alot of charm . Tookit was a cool character , and the bag itself turned out to useful, maybe even better than the city of al-dara the kittens were searching for to begin with.
9 - Recipe for Disaster : This has got to be the strangest , and most hilarious episode in this show . I usually hate comic relief episodes , but this one was much needed and was done with charm , Tygra becoming lovy-dovey, Pumyra’s puffy face , and not to mention Lion-O’s backflip and the Butterfly attacking a dinosaur . this was such a fun episode .
8 - The Forest of Magi Oar : man I watched this episode so many times . the wood forgers were a really cool concept . the fight scenes were amazing . and while the enviormental message in this episode was something most of us are already annoyed with , it had a point , about being in balance in nature and thinking about the “big picture” and not just your immediate actions .
7 - Trials of Lion-O - part 2 : I looked back at the original concept of this , and this remake was really well done . with alot more substance . as each trial was a symbol , and didn’t actually expect from Lion-O to actually be able to beat the specialties of his friends . but really , to become a better king . plus , it was interesting to see the group trying to deal with things alone , and actually thinking he died , and the stones have became more meaningful than just being the source of brute force .
6 - Omens - part 2 : this is when everything has changed , from a show about a medival cat kingdom - bam ! a war , massive death and destruction , a traitor from the inside , future meets past as tecnology comes in play . and everything about this episode was in such high quality that it made people wonder - is it just for the pilot? but it kept this standart all along which is why I guess , people forgot how good this episode was .
5 - Legacy : Man this was such a good flashback episode , makes you appriciate the deph they added to T-cats and that it’s not THAT far from the original really . like things weren’t crazy enough we realize all the animal species came from space in some sort of an “ark” . there are alot of nods in this episode . great action . and even mecha TRANSFORMATIONS 
4 - Native son : finally we get some answers to how Tygra was adopted , and this is another really emorional episode , that you just feel for him , both for his past , and his present where he had to say goddbye to the familly he just reuinited with … plus discover told that the tiger clan were Mum-ra’s most loyal servants , we meet the spirits of evil for the first time . .
3 - Song of the petalars : this episode really made me fall inlove with this show , it was just so emotional and beautifly done , one of these stories that give you strengh after dealing with death…
2 - What lies above - part 2 : other than the superb action , this episode really shows how things were changed since their journey started , how many alies they gained , how the relationships between everyone are now , how Lion-O grew as a king . we got the 4 “mutants” together again . Mum-ra officialy becoming a threat they can’t deal with , and one betrayal that will keep people talking forever .
1 - Between Brothers : but this is still my favorite season finale it was really epic , asit summed up the tension between Lion-O and Tygra that was built from episode 1 . it had amazing action , and shocking turns at the ending .
I actually posted my list in the other thread, ha ha. Anyways, I’ll post it again here.
The show has been nothing short of outstanding. I can truthfully say that out of all the reboots of cartoons from the 80s I watched, T-Cats ranks very high up there in terms of quality, if not number one. The only other ones I can think of that come close are GI Joe Resolute & the first few seasons of the 2003 Ninja Turtles.
Creatively, the show has been a full success and surpassed any and all expectations I ever had for it.
Anyways, Top Ten Episodes:
10 - Berbils = I love it for straight up comedy. Aside from what they’ve done with Pumyra, including the Berbils is probably the gutsiest thing this show has tried. They made them even more obnoxiously cute than they were before and it crossed the bridge and made them awesome.
9 - Birth of the Blades = It followed “Curse of Ratilla” perfectly in tone and gave us a furthered history lesson into the creation of The Sword of Omens and the Sword of Plundarr. I also loved the tension, the action, and the interactions between Lion-O and Mumm-Ra.
8- Between Brothers = The mid season finale provided a lot of action and gave us some payoffs to things that had been building for a while, namely the Lion-O/Tygra rivalry and the Panthro/Grune feud.
7 - Old Friends = It was the episode that established the Panthro/Grune rivalry and fully integrated Panthro into the team. It was great.
6 - Journey to the Tower of Omens = It was probably the best display of the T-Cats as a team in the entire series thus far, from their trek to find the Tower of Omens to their first real battle with Mumm-Ra.
4-5 - What Lies Above Parts 1 & 2 = I know it just happened, but yeah, I am going to rank this two parter that high. It was exciting and just provided one surprise after another. It also gave us some fantastic payoffs towards the end, making it an excellent season finale.
3 - Curse of Ratilla = This is probably the darkest episode thus far with the emphasis on slavery and an ancient curse causing death to all those near by. In addition to all that though, it was a great reimagining for one of my favorite villains from the classic series.
2 - Song of the Petalars = The meaning of life as told to us from the flower people! I thought this episode was going to be absurd, but ended up having a powerful message, and a sad ending even though one could guess it was coming from the start. Also, we got Panthro’s debut and it was awesome.
1 - Native Son = Heartbreaking episode and very emotional, but that’s what gives it its resonance. It answered a lot of questions about Tygra that I’ve had since episode 1, and did with so in a dramatic and touching way.
This show is AWESOME.
It’s embarrassing to admit how wrong I was about the Ep. 26 predictions. The writers pulled the rug under my feet alright.
There is no way this show should be stopped now.

While I’m still hurting a bit about Pumyra, the show continues to be amazing. Just fill up Cheetara’s story please!
It’s cool seeing how almost everyone here agrees on one level or another on certain episodes (native son , song of the petalars , between brothers , and what lies above)
The first two episodes are the best if you ask me. They set up the whole series and none list it as their favorite O__O I’m the black sheep.
The first two episodes of The Legend of Korra are my favorite for the exact same reason. Too bad they couldn’t follow them up as well as ThunderCats did.
I think people just take them for granted , plus , the episodes that came later are so enjoyable because they dealed with things that were established earlier (native son , between brothers , what lies above…etc)
I did mention it in my list though
