Thundercats Rainbow Toys confusion????

I am a little confused about “Rainbow Toys”, the company that produced and distributed the LJN Thundercats toys in the U.K. Some packaging have this logo: http://www.thundercatslair.org/toys-images/toy-overview/distribution/rainbow-toys-logo1.jpg
The address listed under the logo is that of “Toy Options” and located in Oldham, Manchester.

Then there are some packaging which have this logo instead: http://www.thundercatslair.org/toys-images/toy-overview/distribution/rainbow-toys-logo2.jpg
The address listed under it is of Northampton.

So I am a bit confused, why the two different logos and two different addresses? :confused: Could anyone please shed some light on this issue?

The top one is the original logo and address. The second one is the later logo at the time they moved and rented mill space from Character/Toy Options, thus the other address.

Actually I think the Northampton address is circa 1989. The Toy Options address is probably from the early 90’s. Sounds like they moved a couple of times…

How rare are the Toy Option Ltd cardbacks with no Rainbow logo at all? I just recently came across a carded Mumm-Ra with that version of the cardback.
