Thundercats Lair's Hypothetical Market Value

I wasn’t sure if anyone had seen this before but I found it kind of interesting. He attempts to determine what the lairs market value would be if it was real. I was intruiged by his square footage calculations as well as placing the location in Romania. I was curious to hear all of your comments.
