And her blaming Lion-O was so out of character it’s ridiculous. They knew time moved differently in the book and they were supposed to summon him if there was trouble.
I thought so too! Kit has this unconditional admiration/loyalty (crush?) for Lion-O, she trusts and supports him even when no one else does. If there are time gaps in between seasons and they get to age a bit, supposing Kit is 8-10 and Lion-O is about 17 now, when she’s 18 he’ll be about 26. It wouldn’t be creepy if they only got together in a distant future, but certainly not anytime soon!
No, she’s 8. If he’s 26 then she’s 17. Even 40 and 31 is weird.

I almost threw up when he said that:jaw: Lucky I had some things to do after that. So I forgot about it until I got back and we started talked about it.
When she responded and then kissed his armor, it was a surprising twist for me. I didn’t have any of the stronger reactions as others seem to have had for some reason. (Maybe it is because I viewed Pumyra as an angry, twisted soul already.) I can understand and respect the other forum members’ reactions, though.
