The thing i’d most want to see for season 2 is a leap forward in time. An older Lion O and crew. A “New thundera” under construction. I think it would be cool to see wilykit and wilykat as teens…But yeah i know..it’s too fast a leap. Oh and did i mention cheetara and tygra kittens..hehe i love those two…they make a great couple.

Ya if they get a new season I could see them using that bird city and it’s parts to build a new thundera with all sorts of animals as residents and maybe homepage to the old school base. They need to bring Bengali and lynxo back even if they are minor, but being that there is only one stone I feel as if they should have mumra kind of take a hiatus and have more random villains like those pirates from the old school show. Or maybe have the last stone be an enemy (stone was touched by evil person and become a big evil entity, one that rivals mummra). Damn this show was too awesome to not get renewed, with all the crap they have on cartoon network it would be stupid to not renew. Has anyone posted the petition on both fb pages. That could help

They dont have time for that, maybe with a season three but right now? No they dont have enough time. Right now (and hopefully it will happen) they need to try get the last stone so a leap forward in time with kittens and stuff.. Just no.
I’m not saying it SHOULD NOT happen, but in season 2? No chance.
Tygra and Cheetara having kittens at this point seems like a bad idea. While the cats’ population is definitely endangered, right now Tygra and Cheetara are part of a team that’s fighting constantly and trying to protect Third Earth and rebuild a kingdom with Lion-O. It’s one thing to have the kittens with them, but they’re pretty adept at taking care of themselves. A helpless infant or two would be a prime target for their enemies and a huge liability. Unless there was an “accident” (which we’d never see on a kids’ show, lol) I just don’t see it happening in the current situation.
After they have the stones and Mumm-Ra is defeated, and they have a more stable environment? Then, yes, I’d love to see Tygra and Cheetara marry and start a family! The kittens would be adorable.
As for Season Three? I want to see Bengali, Lynx-O, and the Lunatacs!
In the end (if we get another season) i’d like to see Avista in the skies again, but connected somehow to Thundera and the rest of Third Earth. What use would they have to fly if they’re grounded most of the time?
Cheetahs and Tigers aren’t genetically compatible…but they could still adopt.
Though, i was wondering…would Pumyra/Lion-o get genetically possible?
Well, in the ThunderCats world, different species can reproduce. It’s in the comics mostly but Tygra and Cheetara do have kittens in the comics.
I liked the episode but found it rather odd that Paul Giacoppo did a re-write of episodes 12-13 instead of something more original.
In a lot of ways, the fact that he just copied the only other episodes he wrote really disappoints me.
Just because there was a betrayal doesn’t mean it’s a copy. Tygra really didn’t even betray them! Plus, Mumm-Ra got the stone this time, and there were multiple other things different.
I think when your in a world where anthropamorphic cats fight a space trekking mummy over magic stones, Tigers and cheetahs having babies doesn’t seem at all impossible. Leave the science for the real world lol…this is fantasy dude.
Uh Hammy, I never said I felt it was a copy because of a betrayal. Please dial down your aggression level, please don’t put words in my mouth, and lets try to keep things civil.
I felt it to be a re-write because to me, the entire premise felt like Paul’s prior episodes. It really had the same set-up throughtout: Mumm-Ra coming for stone, Cats allying with another group to defend stone, Cats win the day but Lion-O ends up broken hearted by his love interest.
Mumm-Ra getting the stone this time really was the only major difference I saw between these two episodes and the other two Paul did. I’m not saying there aren’t minor differences between them but to me, the overall plot and story execution were practically the same.
But here’s the problem with that; they couldn’t have done it any better. What did you expect to happen? Somehow they miraculously got the stone without Mumm-Ra showing up and left the city? That seems to be what you are going at. In other words, any other scenario for the episode would have been ridiculous, so why fix something that isn’t broken?

When you post comments using such font, it can be seen as a form of aggression. That is why I requested you to dial back the aggression. You could have stated your opinion without such font and it wouldn’t have appeared so uncouth.

Finally saw the last two episodes, I thought might as well watch them together than wait on the cliffhanger :P.
And WOW! That was a really neat finale! 
I really, really like the design of Vultaire (however you spell it), and it was great seeing the Mutant team back together in the same shot! Really well done! O Tygra and his arrogance, always thinks he can do everything, though in this case it turned out to be true. A fast learner isn’t he :rolleyes:. I love how Panthro is scared of heights, it’s a good thing that these characters possess weaknesses.
O and that battle with Mumm-Ra, simply awesome! Been waiting for something like this for a while, though I’d loved for it to last little bit longer, still it satiated my hunger for a good sword on sword duel. Although I am a bit confused…wasn’t Leo able to summon the Cat Armor with just two stones, just like Mumm-Ra? Then why is it that Lion-O couldn’t get it with just two stones? 
Speaking of Lion-O, poor guy…he must be feeling so conflicted now. He finally got past Cheetara (I hope) and moved on to Pumyra and she turned out to be a traitor. I can perfectly understand her flip-flop attitude towards him now. She was fueled by her anger towards him, perhaps that’s why at moments she couldn’t control herself. What a bold move for sure to make Pumyra an enemy! This will be so interesting. Simply loved the ending, though I wanted one final Cat Call to wrap it up (perhaps along with melodious thunder thundercats cue :p).
If Panthro’s arms haven’t been doing their extend action, this would’ve been perfect…I just can’t take him “that” seriously with those things flapping about. All in all, a spectacular finale!
Lion-O is still inexperienced, so he has yet to fully master the Stones of Power. That’s why he can only generate the golden-arm thing.
Wouldn’t the same hold true for Leo then? Leo had never used the SoO or the stones prior to gaining the armour.
Lion-O currently has been shown having more experience with the stones and weapons than Leo did and yet he can only gain an armpiece.
The only way Lion-O can generate the Armor Of Omens is with the Tech Stone.
