This was over all a good episode my only complaint is the waisted time spent on the previous episodes that could have been spent on explaining how they aquired a flying aircraft so quickly. That didnt make sense to me. Other than that i loved this episode. Great to see the team together.
Sure why not, but what if the first part sucks and the second part is good? Then you can still rate them separately.
Just cause the first ep for example would be 8 and the other 2 does not mean that the overall have to be say 6 if you would want that. Dont be afraid to rate this one even though it’s a two-parter cause you’re still suposed to rate individual episodes.
So the cats found the Tech Stone, yet Lion-O doesn’t wanna take it because he refuses to stoop to Mumm-Ra’s level. Pumyra, on the other hand…

Thank God I set My DVR. I over slept until 10:30! Darn you alarm! Anyway,I give this episode an 8. Very good. I was surprised that Vultaire wasn’t good or evil but I think when Mumm- Ra comes maybe something will change. Pumyra was such a flirt in this episode, but like always, if she wants to do something she will do it! I think she will be ok. They will probably take the team to jail or something. But good episode. So sad that we only have one episode left!
I got a big Cloud City vibe, and it just makes this show seem more 80’s, but a good kind of 80’s, not the dumb tacky and dated sort of 80’s.
Vultureman is Vultaire now. Much better, not too different like Addicus. I expect he may side with Mumm-Ra, but right now he doesn’t seem to have much reason to. He’s already the leader of his people, but I guess he might do it out of revenge.
I was glad to see a new version of the Feliner, and the return of the hoverboards, but I really hope the Berbils can build another Thundertank. It just won’t be the same without the tank. I was also glad to see some more flash backs. It kind of helps explain further why some animals have it worse off than others. It’s the races with the power stones that are the most cultured, powerful, and/or advanced. I counted eight different animal races on Mumm-Ra’s ship. We know the Cats, Elephants, and Birds all have a stone. It’s safe to assume that the Dogs, Lizards, Rats and Monkeys didn’t get any, so by process of elimination, the blue stone must be with the Tiger Sharks. I hope we get a second season.
And I think I know how the Kittens are going to get help. If they have the Forever bag, they can fit all the help they need into it and fly back up to the city.
I agree, that Vultaire will probably side with Mumm-ra because of revenge or to protect the stone.

OK seriously, who called it that The Feliner would be in this episode? I swear I remember reading that prediction last week!
VULTUREMAN!!! OK he’s called Vultaire now, but I marked out HUGE for him. I liked him right off the bat. Smug little jerk, ha ha. I liked that the set up of the bird city was a lot like Cloud City from Star Wars.
I loved that The Kittens kept the Forever Bag.
It was nice to have the whole team back together for this one and I liked all of their interactions throughout the episode. Lion-O really has developed into a level headed leader trying to keep hot heads like Tygra & Pumyra in line.
Overall, a really fun episode, and here’s hoping for a strong finale next week.
I watched the episode on my DVR. During the flashback sequence where we see each race take a stone, the hand that takes the blue power stone has some webbing between its thumb and finger, so it must be the Sharks that have it, somewhere under the sea.
I’m thinking it may be possible that the flying city may not be an entirely different nation of birds, but possibly the Bird Nation capital. Although if that were the case, it probably wouldn’t be so secret. Then again, it doesn’t seem like a lot of people on Third Earth have seen all of it. Panthro traveled far and wide and even he seemed surprised by some things.
Pretty good episode in my opinion. Loved to see the group back again, if only for the first half.
-Flying jets is in Tygra’s blood. I usually hate the ‘we are our ancestors thing’, but it wasnt that big of a deal:p
-Tygra betting the sword on a race with someone whose been flying forever v. his what, hours?
Love ya Tygra, but that was dumb. Plain and simple.
-Pumyra making the tough choice. I like that she’s really compassionate about their people, but genocide is not the answer. It does toss another interesting wrench into the P/L relationship. Lion-O sees the need to unite all of Thundera, but seemingly forgot about his people. Now he’s in a relationship with someone who is willing to destroy an entire race to save the cats.
-The race was pretty cool to watch
-I think Pumyra is ok, but the group will probably be spitting mad next episode.
Gotta admit, I was a little suspicious of her drive. Maybe there is more to it than we know. I know she’s not evil, but maybe her motives are not as cleat as we think.
Part 2 will surely be the throwdown of all throwdowns.

Okay, that keypad thing totally reminded me of the game Simon. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised that the bird people based the keypad for passcodes from that game.
They somehow found it still working after the apocalypse and thought it’d be a idea to use a keypad.
Well i was right that the Stone was the reason the city would stay up in the air.

but I think we all did really well in predicting the key elements in this episode . can’t wait for the city to crash down the next episode when Mum-Ra gets involved as he won’t have any second thoughts before doing it …
Anyway this was a really good episode , even without having any big fight scenes . It was interesting to learn how the stones were scattered , for a short flashback it really added alot depth to it all . It seems like Panthro is the cat version of Mr-T . And I liked the fact the kittens kept the forever bag . Pumyra’s hot temper was really over the top this episode . and I liked Vulture-man’s new design

I think Pumyra just has an idea of revenge that she can’t shake. She wants to put the blame on someone for the fall of Thundera, but she can’t blame Lion-O. I think that since she saw so many people die she’s been desensitized to any sort of genocide. So therefore the death of the birds, who are obviously pretty big jerks, didn’t affect her like Lion-O who views all life as sacred or the other cats who follow Lion-O because he knows what he’s doing.
I loved the attention to detail in the password scene. In that it’s based on song which makes sense for birds since they communicate mainly through sound.
It was an impressive moment and it’s clear that they are going to come back to that to escape their imprisonment or whatever. My bet is cheetara will figure out the password. She’s the mystically smart/wise and observant of all the cats.
