This doesn’t look like it will be a bad episode. It just doesn’t look like it will move the main story forward any.
Yeah, it just seems out-of-place. The kittens’ previous episode was the exact opposite for me (it helped with the story but wasn’t a very good episode).

I dunno, it doesn’t look bad, but I’m not a huge fan of Thunderkitten-only episodes. My favorite parts of “Survival of the Fittest” was their interaction between Panthro and Cheetara. I’ve no doubt we’ll get to see them at some point in the show, but I’d much rather find out how Pumyra and Lion-O are getting on at this point than the Kittens playing “Oliver Twist” with a raccoon.
I feel the same. I know we’ve had a lot of Pumyra but she’s awesome and we haven’t really seen her relationship with any of the other cats besides Lion-O, which seems to be going rather well.
We didn’t see them for two episode and there on the team.
We also got 16 other episodes with them. I know they didn’t really do much but still.
Yes, but it’s different because we got lots of Pumyra and I personally like her.

I’m not liking this ep, not only because it feels like a filler that has nothing to do with the main plot, but mainly because it seems too childish. That was one big problem of the first half for me (the first 13 eps had some too-childish eps IMO), and I thought they finally left that, and now it seems they retook that path.
What I like about the twins’ eps (“Survival of the Fittest” and now this one) is that they are the only ones besides Lion-o that seem to lean something in their eps. The other ones neve learn anything. You can say Tygra learnt humility in “Native Son” but I don’t think there was a lesson for him. And let’s not say word about Cheetara and Pantrho.
I know this will sound nostalgic, but in the OS, whenever a character that was not Lion-o had an ep devoted to him/her, he/she learnt something by the end. In the NS it has always been Lion-o, and the kittens in these 2 eps, which is nice, but it would be better if the others got a chance for it.
Where did you get this from? I didn’t see them in the vids or the pics. Did I miss something?
It seems like it will be a cute episode, but I’m not expecting anything plot-heavy from it. That doesn’t mean it won’t be a fun watch, though.
