I didn’t really believe he was hitting on her either but I think Tygra clearly is still a bit overprotective of his relationship with Cheetara, jealousy and insecurity seem to be big flaws of Tygra, so that look seemed totally in character, he respects his brother wholly as king but still that one second makes it clear he’s guarding his relationship with Cheetara close, that look to me was almost a warning and was pretty possessive. I think Vin Diesel said it best “its an animal thing.”
I think he is too. He’s already lost so many people he loved (including Lion-O!) that he has the right to.

Also, with his military knowledge, I’m sure teh lizards think he’s a keeper.

Although he was weirded out by her flirting (probably because she wanted to kill him not that long ago) I think by the end of the episode he’s starting to warm up to her though.
