I just got this awesome Thundercats encyclopedia,
but it is in French.
Dose anyone know if they ever printed this out in English?

As far as I know, this Encyclopedia was only ever distributed to the French market, so I’d be very surprised if there was an English version - and (unashamed free plug alert!), you can check out the interior of the Encyclopedia here at TCL!

The Encyclopedia is rarely seen on Ebay anymore and like He-Fan said it is in French only. They used to fetch over $100…not sure if they go for more or less. Its a very cool item to have…its too bad it was only in French

Here’s a thought - are there any ThunderCats fans who speak both French and English - which is to say, is there anyone who could translate that Encyclopedia from French into English? It would take a lot of work, but if a translation could be obtained, the text could be added to a page displaying the Encyclopedia online - I think that’s probably the closest thing we’re likely to see to an English version of this!

I know French, I could probably give it a go. If someone can send me scans or transcriptions of the text that is.

I’m guessing there’s about 150 pages total.
Website says nearly 180. I’ll take a look, and let you know what progress I make. Don’t expect the full thing for a while though!
