I almost forgot that we have all the pages scanned, watermarked and with descriptions on the site directory for the French Encyclopedia. I have sent a PM to Kyle and after he comes back he will begin putting those online. That is a simply unbelievable amount of material there - incredible artwork! 
Can somebody clue me in as to what I’m actually looking at here though - is this an actual publication that was available to buy in France, or like a style guide that was issued to potential licensees, or what? I’d love to find out - please can someone LMK?

Seems that people who bought the French DVD’s had a promotion where they could purchase this. It was limited to those customers only and only to the French market

Aha, now I understand - it also explains why the artwork inside is so reminiscent of the French “CosmoCats” DVDs! That’s great info, and this thing has so many pages! It will make a wonderful addition to the Cartoon Section.
