JoeCustoms.com is having their monthly “No-Joe Challenge”, where we pick a theme from comics, cartoons, etc, and enter 1:18 (GI Joe-compatible) custom figures. This month’s challenge was Thundercats, and there were quite a few spectacular entries.

A little background about the NJC - the only real rules are that the entries must be in-scale with 1:18/3.75"/4" figures and they can’t have been displayed anywhere prior to the contest (which is why I haven’t posted mine here yet.) Voting is performed by a board of past participants, and all entries are anonymous until the voting is complete (to prevent ballot-stuffing). The winner then picks the following month’s challenge and the whole thing starts over again.
I actually joined up here on the ThunderCats Lair board while I was getting ready for this challenge. I planned on making about 5 different customs, but because of “real-life” getting in the way, only came up with two. I do have others in the hopper, though - and will post them here once I finish them.
Anyway, take a look at what these fine customizers came up with for your favorite characters in the smaller scale - I think you’ll be impressed.
