I don’t really like seeing the commercial bumpers on the GI Joe and Transformer DVDs when i watch those, thought the way those shows were edited there would be weird jumps where the commercials would be. I’m glad they didn’t include bumpers in the episodes of Thundercats on the DVDs, but they could have included them as a bonus. I also could stand to have seen some toy commercials on there. I guess, as long as I’m dreaming, that I could wish for a pony too. Some of the “bonus” material on the latter sets are pretty weaksauce.
Thanks for showing those commercial bumpers! I clearly remember the ThunderCats ones, but not those for SilverHawks because I never watched that show. And the “And now, let’s find the SilverHawks!” is just a carbon-copy of “And now, let’s find the ThunderCats!”, which only supports my belief that SilverHawks was a watered-down version of ThunderCats, and not a very good one at that. 
Earl Hammond lent his voice to the “ThunderCats” bumpers, while Bob McFadden voiced for the “SilverHawks” ones.

I grew up watching Fox 5 and clearly remember these bumpers, I even remember asking myself “Wheres the commercial bumpers?” during the Cartoon Network Toonami airings.
I remember the old bumpers, too. Seeing the ThunderCat symbol and the “ThunderCats” logo are plenty of excitement.
Those were nice, should face been on the DVD’s but that Warner Bros. for you. Anyway, thanks for the share!
