ANNOUNCEMENT: The polls for the 2009 ThunderCats Fandom Awards are now live and you can vote for your favourite fan sites and fan creations.
There are three sections for the awards and a link to the poll for each section is provided below.
Please click on the link to each poll and check out the nominees and lock in your votes. The polls have security features that ensure you can only vote once for each award and the really nice thing about the polls we’ve set up this year is you don’t have to be a facebook member or a yahoo groups member in order to vote. So it is very quick and easy to use.

Update
UPDATE: Voting in the awards has been quite brisk compared to previous years. Where as in the past there may have been between 7 and 12 votes in each award category, this year we’ve seen more than 40 votes for the site / community section and more than 20 votes for each of the fan art and fan fiction sections.

If you’ve not yet voted, please go ahead and do so as the polls close on March 24th (midnight EST) and a number of categories are still very close!

Hey all, don’t forget that voting closes on the 24th of March at midnight EST.
We’ll then be reviewing the polls and each section manager will announce the winners along with the number of votes received for each nominee.
Our deadline for announcing the winners is March 31st but if we can prepare all three of the sections announcements before then we’ll announce sooner.
The announcements will go out on all the main active forums, facebook and on yahoo. If you haven’t voted yet, please head to the polls to have your voice heard:

UPDATE: Polls were closed as of midnight 24th March and results are being tabulated and confirmed by the section heads. We’re aiming to announce the winners by either today if possible, but no later than tomorrow Friday 26th March.
