Thundercats Voice Actors Reunion!
[B]Retro Con is proud to announce a gathering of Thundercat talents! Larry Kenney [The original Lord of the Thundercats, Lion-O], Peter Newman the original voice of Tygra & Gerrianne Raphael the voice of Pumyra!

Peter was so hard to get a-hold of..but once I had, he was in for the show and he has many of his characters still mint on card, which I thought was cool!
All of these talents are wonderful
A bit off-topic but I am seriously considering about doing the same about the MOTU, G.I. Joe, TMNT, TF and ThunderCats Greek dub casts.
Every year in Athens we have our own Comic Con (called ComicDom) so there’s quite some people who would be interested in such a reunion.
The only sad part is that some wonderful actors among the casts are not with us anymore

It’d have been great if, just as Larry Kenney voiced laudus in the NS, Peter Newman had voiced Tygus and maybe Gerrianne Raphael voiced the Queen.

That’s really awesome. Especially Peter - interviewed him sometime ago and he was such a lovely guy. Had to track him down and then some, but once I found him, was nothing short of awesome. Hope it all works out.
Peter Newman is by far my favorite voice. He made Tygra sound like a father figure which I found comforting.
nickmills - I just saw that your location is Scotland? Do you have a Scottish accent? Scottish accents are by far my most favorite kind of accent!
What about Lynne Lipton? She did the most work, until Gerrianne came along.
Really excited to be a part of this event, Rose! Can’t wait to meet them all!

Retro Con will be having both an art and costume contest, ran by a talented fan I’ve known for years. Raksha..She’s been involved in the Transformers fan community since the early nineties and for those that hadn’t known, Raksha was the one to organize Botcon 1995. So for those fans with talent, lets see it and win some prizes! [Contact me for more information!]
A Before Party Saturday Night!
For those arriving the night before.. I’ve been looking into renting a space at Arnold’s Family Fun Center. But only if there’s enough interest. The place is set up next to the convention center, with food, arcade games, lazer tag and more! It would be the perfect place to hang out!

Sorry I totally missed this. I’m prowling the forums after some time away.
I do now - I’m from Wales originally, but moved to Glasgow when I was 16. My accent kinda swings from English to Scottishisms - so I drop in the '‘aye’ and ‘pure’ every so often. It baffles people I meet. 
ThunderCats deserves plenty of love from those who grew up on it, even me.
