Thunder Kitten weapons

If WilyKat and WilyKit ever got actual weapons, this is how I would imagine them.

Wilykat - The KnuckleClaw.

The Knuckleclaw is a metal brace that fits over WilyKat’s right arm in a fashion similar to Lion-O’s Claw Sheild. In it’s basic state, WilyKat can use the KnuckleClaw as a shield or a high impact boxing glove. When WilyKat presses a switch on the KnuckleClaw’s grip handle, two short claws sping out. The claws are second only to the Sword of Omens in sharpness and, like most other ThunderCat weapons, can generate a powerful energy beam. It goes without saying WilyKat never uses the claws directly on a living opponent.

WilyKit - The TrickBow

The TrickBow is a bow accompanied by a set of arrows. The arrows have a variety of effects, almost as much as the ThunderKittens’ pellets. Among WilyKit’s personal favorites are the ice arrow, net arrow, oil arrow, flash arrow and whistle arrow. With some help from WilyKat, she’s still trying to perfect the inflatable dinosaur arrow. On its’ own the TrickBow can generate energy bolts if the string is pulled without knotching an arrow and it’s sturdy enough to be used as a melee weapon.

So, what do you think? If you think you have better idea for arming the ThunderKittens, I’d love to hear it. Braces self for the inevitable Wolverine and/or Green Arrow comments.

:wilykit:Even tho I’m not too fond of W.Kat’s idea, I DO like W.Kit’s bow and arrow idea.

:wilykat:It’s funny that you would come up w/ something similar to Lion-O’s claw shield, as I was thinking a few weeks ago “Who would be the next lord of the ThunderCats?” And I thought to myself “Wilykat”.

Makes sense to me. Kat’s weapon sounds unique in that he’d throw actual, effective punches. (I’m noticing they don’t do that on the show :eek: ).

I think since they were smaller and they were never really suppose to be one-on-one combating, they gave them the surf boards and pellets that they threw at the enemies.

True. I’ve only seen the first 12 episodes so far, and I can’t remember any of the adults actually hitting anyone, even with their weapons.

I like Kat’s weapon a lot and think it suits him perfectly, but in terms of Kit I think it would be better as a crossbow (not only because I think it would suit her more but also so its not the same as the Warrior Maidans), other than that I like it. In fact I like it so much I’m letting them have those weapons in a fanfic I’m working on.
