I’m really eager to see Pumyra’s character develop more. 
AGH no! I was just saying how I can’t catch up on anything after the CN livestream website got taken down! If I can’t access it this year either then I’ll have to carry on waiting till Monday for the eps to come up online. And while I dunno how to put more than one quote in a post, I’m just as eager as you and Daremonger to see Pumyra’s character develop more.
I think most of the development we’ll get with her is her and Lion-O’s relationship. This is in no way a bad thing, though. I think, even if she and Lion-O do hook up, she will still have her own times to shine and not forever be confined to being Lion-O’s girlfriend. So many shows do this to interesting female characters (Asami in The Legend of Korra), but I don’t think Pumyra and Lion-O will have a very “close” relationship. What I mean by this is even though they’ll be together, they won’t constantly want to hold hands or be romantic, even though they can be. I’m getting this vibe because Pumyra doesn’t seem to be too affectionate and Lion-O is very focused. So, in my point-of-view, their relationship will probably be much more of a private ordeal than Tygra and Cheetara.
I would also like to see some backstory with her. I don’t think we should have a whole episode, but maybe a flashback or two. We’ve seen younger versions of every cat, and it’d be interesting to see her.
That’s pretty much how I see it too, Lion-O and Pumyra’s relationship is no one’s business but their own. The other cats, while aware of Lion-O’s affections, might not even find out about them getting together until they’re caught sneaking off together and/or making out.
As for backstory for Pumyra… How about her father was in the Thunderan army, possible even a comrade of Panthro and Grune, and she wanted to follow in his footsteps. Unfortunately the Thunderan army at the time didn’t allow female soldiers so she became a combat medic instead.
That sounds like a good story. We’ll have to wait and see.

And I think it will be something that they just want to do. They want to separate their goal to get all the stones and defeat Mumm-Ra from their relationship. The relationship will be something they can do in their spare time while they aren’t fighting Mumm-Ra or anything else. I’m not saying it will be the last thing on their minds, but it just won’t distract them from their true goal.
I’d like to know where she got that arm-bow from. It looks suspiciously like the '80s SoO gauntlet without the claws. Plus, she might be of noble birth, cos she doesn’t have a tail.
Like said before, she could be the daughter of a military general.
That doesn’t mean much, there are common cats that don’t have tails. All the producers said was that having a tail marks a cat of being of the lowest social caste, but a cat could still be on that bottom rung and still be tailless. Maybe her bow was given to her in the Pit like how Lion-O was outfitted with weapons when he fought there.
I just want to know some backstory with her. Maybe they’ll be some scene where she and Lion-O talk for awhile.
Same, plus they better get her to interact with the other Cats for once.
Yeah, her and Tygra will be interesting.
They seem like the kind to share the same snarky inside jokes. And a sneaky girl-talk with Cheetara would be funny too.
I don’t think Cheetara likes her too much. It’ll be great to see them interact. It also seems like the “beating around the bush” between her and Lion-O is coming to an end.

Huh? Fight between who? If you’re talking Pumyra and Lion-O that’s not possible.
I think Cerberus228 wants to see a ‘catspat’ between Pumyra and Cheetara. 
Oh…okay. This goes back to the “Cheetara protecting Lion-O and sees Pumyra as a threat” thing.
Of course, it could also go the other way, Pumyra could become jealous if Lion-O attempts to repair his friendship with Cheetara.
Leading to a fight between Cheetara and Pumyra, but Lion-O will probably explain that he’s not attracted to her anymore.
