A fraggle like race of cute furry humanoids living a carefree life in a mountain would work excellent in Thundercats told correctly. However, if you at the same time would add a small race of green fat builders inside the mountain, you would totally blow the suspension of disbelief.
Mixing things is a treacherous path, and for me they totally blew it on this one. The combination of the character style, the ofuda magic and the oversized things was way too much for me.
I agree that the universe of thundercats allows for much. Several times in the old series they annoyed me by going too far as well though, e.g. with the cossacks and King Arthur borrowing too much from our world. However, since they were living on third earth I could sort of accept that, still they rank down the bottom among the episodes.
I realize that not everyone have the same opinion though… I am just saying this was way wrong for me…
I’d like the authors to put Sailor Mars back into her own universe… and while they are at it, they can ditch the power ranger suits as well before they appear in the series again…
I’m starting to think that “hut” is really a gateway to where the spirit stone actually is since there’s an episode called “The Astrial Plane.”

There’s a creepy factor in there that can’t be explained for me, wouldn’t have any weird factor for me in OS, but with Panthro’s view of them as kids I can almost hear the ‘who’s your daddy?’
We had Matthew Mercer’s hint. So maybe…Richard Chamberlain? It is a real shame that the credits are so small, and go by so fast, that you cannot read them off the TV screen. VOs, etc. get no respect!
I have asked Several Questions on there that they should be able to answer and I have got no response. So since they tend to answer your Questions you could Ask but I get nowhere on Tumblr.
Still would have liked to have seen something in the premiere (or one of the flashbacks) with Claudus having problems with the Sword that after this ep would have us realize it was the Sword’s way of giving him a “WTF?” moment.
what kinda questions are you asking? they won’t answer anything that would be a spoiler and some questions they might have to get approval. and also think of how they’re worded. try not to insult anything (not saying you do of course) I’ve had questions that they were unable to answer too so I try to ask stuff that I think has a chance. also don’t take it personally if they can’t answer. remember there was an answer a few days ago that said they generally can only answer about 30% of the questions they get.

No offense taken I understand what you are saying as their are unfortunately people out there like this, but I am always polite when asking questions. The only time I get snarky is when I have either been directly attacked, or if I am making a blatant Joke about something.
I missed their Post about answering only 30% but honestly that makes sense to me. I mean they do have day jobs. So no Worries. I just know I get a better response Rate here than with them on Tumblr. So I’ll only try to ask my questions on there if I cannot get an answer here.
Just for reference however the last two Questions I asked were…
A Day before the Airing of “Berbils” I asked if they were going to continue the Crew Chat. No response and no Crew Chat so I Figured that was my answer. No Problem.
After the airing of “Sight Beyond Sight” I asked about the artist who wrote the Song Kit Played and if that artist had any kind of similar music out and what their Albums might be. Long Shot but nothing.
In the End I would hope they would at least send a message to my tumblr saying sorry Can’t answer that. But this too comes back to them only answering 30%. Oh well.
yeah I also asked about the crew chat with no respose. I just shrug it off when they don’t or can’t answer. I figure that there’s some reason or the other why some questions go unanswered.
the music for the show is composed by Kevin Kliesch. not sure if he releases his own albums, but I’m sure some of the movies he’s worked on has soundtracks out.
