I would like to arrange a Team meeting within the next 2 weeks that everyone attends. It concerns the site and it’s re-design that is being worked on, as well as MannyF’s return. Manny WILL be attending.

So can everyone say here the days/times they are available over the next 14 days? I know Kyle will be unavailable for a week from monday the 28th, so we can either have it before then or when Kyle gets back.

I’m available sunday, monday and wednesday nights from 9.00pm-3.00am

I’d prefer these nights because it means I can stop online talking until very late in the morning, which should accomodate the guys in America.

So that’s:

ET time: 4pm-10pm
PT time: 1pm-7pm

Can everyone reply here with days and times they are available.

I will be able to do Sunday but as you stated after that I will not be able to attend.

I’ll be available the same days/times, any weekday apart from Friday should be alright for me I think.

I’m happy for a Team Meeting, and at the present time can be available any evening (like yourself Neil, from about 9:00pm onwards, UK time) from tomorrow (Thursday) - Tuesday this coming week. :slight_smile:

I’d say anytime after 5 PM ET is good for me so lets get another meeting going before the 28th

It seems that nobody has a problem with Sunday the 27th at the time we suggested.. so can we say thats the meeting??

I’m happy to confirm Sunday if everybody else is - and, it looks like everybody is available! Please can we get this confirmed as the date and time so I can put it in my diary and thus make sure that I don’t get called elsewhere? :slight_smile:

OK the Team Meeting will begin at:

on Sunday 27th August.

That gives everyone an extra hour to be ready seeing as most folks are available from 5pm ET at the earliest.

That should be Okay for me as well, though I see it’s already confirmed, but thought I’d just confirm I’d be there :slight_smile:

Sorry Martin I mis-read your post. I thought it said any day apart from friday and didn’t realise it actually said any weekday apart from friday. Well, glad you can still make it and apologies for the oversight.

I’m not going to be able to attend after all. I just haven’t been feeling well in the last cople of days and I need some quality rest.

Since your only writing for the Encyclopedia I don’t think you will miss much. Anything that does concern your work, you can read as I’ll try and post some minutes in the Team forum based on what is discussed.
