I know it’s really hard to pull this off and I’m just throwing this out as an idea, but does anyone else think it’s time for a team meeting again?
I mean we haven’t spoken as a unit in ages and with new team members on board I think a meeting would be beneficial.
It would be cool to catch up with everyone in real time and maybe we can flesh out more new ideas, though I understand the Encyclopedia will take up a lot of time.
Well let me know what you guys think.

In case you don’t know what Neil’s referring to, Kyle, a “Team Meeting” is when we all meet up in the TCL.Org chatroom and discuss matters relating to the site in “real time”, much like being on AOL Instant Messenger, etc. 
Funnily enough, I was thinking about this this afternoon - I don’t know whether a team meeting is necessary in the sense that there don’t seem to be any major issues that need thrashing out at the moment, but I do think it could be a beneficial exercise from the perspective of exchanging ideas, getting to know each other, and keeping everybody motivated!

lol I don’t mean people rush out and buy plane tickets.
What we do is use a chat room to discuss the site in real time. It’s just a bit tricky sometimes with all the different time zones and peoples schedules is all.

Just to add that at the moment I have more times when I can make myself available if needs be than on previous occasions - that’s not to say I can do absolutely any time or day, but given a couple of options I should be able to make one work.
At the very least I think it would be cool if all the British team members could all meet up and talk in the chatroom - myself, Neil, Kyle and Martin are often all online at the same time, so that one at least should be pretty easy to organise sometime!

I have vacation next week, starting Monday, so anytime through next Saturday morning is fine with me.
I think that if someone states a time and day then we can see who is avaliable to talk…

I agree, although if we’re going for a full (or close to full) team meeting (as opposed to a UK members meeting), I think the person we should make sure is available is Manny.
Something that makes this easier is that we are now made up predominantly of UK members, with you, me, Neil & Martin all from the UK, with Manny, MannyC and Celesta from the US (I know Mark is technically still a member of the team, but he has been completely missing for so long, I have no idea what’s going on there), whereas in the past you’ve had predominantly US team members, I believe spread across different timezones.
Let’s make this happen - reading comments in some other threads, I’m beginning to think this would be more and more beneficial…

As Chris says, us British team members are often online at the same time, so I shouldnt think it will be too difficult.

This coming Saturday 9AM-4PM Pacific Time
Anytime next week: Mornings-2PM Pacific Time.
I’m not sure what that is when it’s converted in UK, but that’s when I’m available. Sunday is Father’s Day and unless we do it in the morning for less than 2 hours, I won’t be available. I also seem to remember Neil saying he usually can’t do weekends, so we might have to do it sometime next week. Put out some dates and times and we can finalize something.
I would say next week to give people the chance to check when they are free. weekends difficult for people. I am free any day after monday..

UK time: 7pm-9pm
US PT time: 11am-1pm
US ET time: 8am-10am

There’s only MannysCollectibles that has not posted here so I’m not sure what his schedule is like?
Weekends are not so bad for me now actually, however next saturday I’m attending a wedding and sunday I’ll probably not feel like thinking. I probably won’t be up until the middle of sunday afternoon anyway! lol
So yeah those times any weekday next week is fine (well perhaps except for friday)
The way it is right now with me going to school and all I can make it during the week anytime after 4 PM PT and Sunday any time during the day/night so long as it is not after 10 PM PT. Saturdays is a bit tough for me specially this Saturday since I’ll be going to Six Flags with some friends, next Saturday the 24th should be ok, same with Sunday.
June 20th US PT time: 11am-1pm is fine for me.

Unfortunately not but I’m sure Neil can address the different things for the toy section so its ok if i cant make it. Hopefully there will be a full log of the chat
