Would you guys like to have a meeting anytime between August 16-20? I will be off during that week and thought it would be a great time to get the team together so I could get everyone familiar with WordPress at one time.
I was also hoping we could try to do the meeting as an audio meeting as well, which would help reduce the amount of typing I will probably be doing. 
With the exception of August 19 (which is my birthday), anytime during that week is good for me.
What do you guys think?

I have a busy and hectic period until Sunday 15th August, after which it goes a bit quieterā¦
Be warned that one of these days is 99.9% likely to become a rehearsal date for me, as I have a gig on Saturday 21st, but currently the dates Iām free (at any time) are:
Monday 16th August
Tuesday 17th August
Thursday 19th August (although this doesnāt work for MannyF)
Friday 20th August

Just to say that, as I feared, Iāve just had something come through for next Tuesday (17th) - I may still be able to do a meeting, or at least part of a meeting though, depending on what time my other commitment ends up being (the time is still TBC) and what time the meeting is. Iāll keep you guys posted!

My crazy life! Just to let you guys know that I am now free on Tuesday again after all, LOL! My other commitment has been shifted to Thursday, which is the day that MannyF canāt do!
So, if you guys still want to shoot for a team meeting next Tuesday, Iām back in the game!

LA is 8 hrs behind London
Toronto is 5 hrs behind London
Germany is 1 hr behind London
So if it is 9PM in London:
It is 1PM in LA;
It is 4PM in Toronto;
It is 8PM in Germany
If we do 6PM UK time;
MannyF needs to be on at 10AM
Mark needs to be on at 1PM
MannyC needs to be on at 5PM (assuming youāre still in Germany?)
Chris, Nick, Neil and Kyle need to be on at 6PM

Actually here in the UK, our evening meal is often referred to as our āteaā - no idea why. Itās something that catches out a lot of my American (and now obviously Canadian!) friends!
Unfortunately I now canāt get online until just after 8:00pm tonight as weāve had a messed up day today and so our main family meal will be at about 7:30pm. Hope this doesnāt mess anything up too badly for anyone - Iāll try and get online as early as I can!

Guys Iāve had something come up, and I now have a job interview at 4PM today (9PM UK time) Iām sorry but I have to go to this as it could be a real step up for me and it has to take priority.

Just to say sorry I wasnāt able to make the meeting - Iāve had a crap day where everythingās gone wrong, and to top it off my computer looked like it had died on me!
Fortunately that turned out to be a false alarm - looks like my USB hub (which I use because I have more USB devices I need to connect to my laptop than I have spare USB ports) is fried and was stopping my computer booting up properlyā¦although, I have absolutely NO IDEA why that should be the case?!
Mark, completely understand about the job interview thing - let us know how you got on!

Sorry to have missed the meeting guys, I was looking forward to the catchup. Hopefully we can do another one real soon as I would love to get together to go over plans for the site.
My interview went quite well and I was told to expect a second round call back.

To be honest, without wanting to sound a negative note, I think the most weāll ever be able to achieve in terms of team meetings are ones with 3 or 4 people in attendance at the most - everyone just has busy lives and conflicting schedules nowadays, itās difficult to get so many people from so many different time zones all online at once!
Thatās great news, Mark, and please do keep us apprised how things go!
