Hi all,
Well, it’s now 2 months to the day since the upgrade in the vBulletin software caused these forums’ custom ThunderCats graphics (showing which forums have new posts, etc.) to be deleted. I was just wondering if/when these are going to be restored? 
Even though we’re all really busy, preventing us from adding much new content, I’m going to be blunt and say that I think not maintaining the site by letting things that get accidentally deleted stay deleted sends out a bad message, that this site is dead and that the team who are involved are no longer interested in its upkeep. I’m not saying that this is the case, but whether it is or it isn’t, I think it’s something that we need to guard against, and even though our forums’ custom graphics are a very small thing in context, I think the fact that they haven’t been re-added could give the impression of a website that’s a lot closer to death than we actually are! 
On a sidenote, I also think we need to start being straight with people about ThunderCast and effectively saying “the reason we haven’t put a new episode together is because it’s proving harder and harder to get a big enough gathering of the team together due to outside pressures in our offline lives”, or something like that, as again, this is a project that’s been left hanging… 
Also, on a much more positive note, I thought you guys might like to know that some more material for our ThunderCats Original Comic Art sub-section looks to be coming our way - I don’t want to jinx it until it’s up-and-running, but I’m quietly optimistic that there will be an update to this soon, which should serve to keep the pot boiling!
