Saw an auction for a Snow Meow that ended today. What’s the deal with it? Bootleg? Custom?

Really? Seems a bit small for a Battle Cat. The seller claimed that the item was bought outside of the US for $150.
Thats certainly not the mini. Looks like a custom from a Battle Cat but the head is at a different angle. Looks pretty cool. I wonder what the back of the box looks like.
