Saved pages? :)

Hi all,

Just a quick question - did anybody here save this site as it was the day before it was moved to the new server? :slight_smile: My reason for asking is, a couple of weeks back I spoke to MannyC about some text I wanted to add to my review of this comic here:

MannyC told me that, thanks to his being able to access the site directories, he could add any text I wanted, and so I dictated what I wanted to add down Skype! :smiley: However, with the move to the new server, the original version (without my added text) is what’s been re-uploaded. And my problem is, I can’t remember exactly what I asked to be added! :frowning:

So, if anybody has a copy of the site saved from prior to the move to the new server, please can you see if your copy has the text I added to that review? So that you know what you’re looking for, the sentence I added references the season 2 cartoon episode “Catfight”. Any help you could give me here would be saving my life - many thanks in advance! :slight_smile:

Also, I promised Anthony Snyder a link on this site in return for his donation of scans of original comic art - MannyC added it to this page:

However, given that Anthony’s site is going to get several links within the Comic Section itself when we showcase his artwork, I think this is something we could get away with not re-adding (even though I sent Anthony the link, so if he checks it again he may wonder why his link was removed). :slight_smile:

Also again, my re-uploaded staff directory is missing at least one file that I’m aware of, a text file I uploaded of the interview I conducted with Larry Kenney back in the summer of 2000. Luckily I still have this saved to floppy disk, but I have to confess it’s a pain for me to access on this laptop as it doesn’t have a floppy disk drive and so I would need to save it to the hard drive of my family’s big PC, burn that to CD-RW disc, load the disc on my laptop, save the file to my laptop’s hard drive and re-upload it. So, if anyone has that file saved, perhaps they could LMK about that one too? :smiley:
