I have just started a petition to get the new ThunderCats renewed. This will show how many people want ThunderCats so badly. Even if it doesn’t work, then at least I tried.

Just remember the old signing did pretty much nothing and it was.. Well the girlfriend of “Tygra” made it happen, she tried, got MANY signatures but nothing really came off it.

I fully support kman’s cause.
So based on a few hundred signatures CN would spend a ton of money to make a second series of a show that only a small percentage of people watched, a show which they already lost money on, that failed to attract viewers and failed at its main goal of selling toys to loads of children?
I agree that petitions dont really work, but Dark Souls was a console game that was ported to PC cause of a petition, it got like 25-30k i think and they ported the game. Very poorly but it was playable and very good.
Yes but the difference was Dark Souls already had a market with the other consoles, porting it to PC was just expanding their market.
These petitions for a second series of Thundercats is like asking a game developer for a squeal to a very poor selling game, made exclusively for the lowest selling console on the market.

The story behind it is also cause those who made Dark Souls are not even good at making PC games, never done them. This was the first one and it was done cause of the Petition and they saw there was a market and took a shot. Mostly they were afraid of piracy but it sold good and it all turned out well.
Making another TC season sure is a whole other thing. But the show got decent ratings and such, it just did not sell the toys and we dont need to get into that in like the third thread in a row.
Off topic but I have heard Dark Souls s very good, might get it eventually for the PS3.
