So I basically would like to know what the rarity of carded thundercats figures are. 8 back - 14 back, battery offer etc. My collection is coming together quite nicely now and I’m thinking about getting a few figures graded. Looking on e-bay recently I’m noticing a few figures I have that are selling for a lot but some are more due to the backing card. Any info on this would be great. Thanks. :tygra:
The 1985, Series 1, 8-back Thundercats are by far the most precious and rare cardbacks. Especially Lion-o and Mumm-ra with the battery included are very hard to come by.

Also, for the 8-back, if you have Cheetara w/o Wily Kit, that’s about the rarest of the standard figs there are. I think MannyCollectibles said one hasn’t showed up on eBay for around 10+ years.
Of the non-standard carded figs, Driller, Stinger, Luna Lasher Mumm-Ra, and Thunderwings Lion-O are all hard or expensive to come by (U.S. carded Stinger and Driller figs are harder than the European carded figs).
Also be sure to look for variants like Rataro w/ eye sais, Lion-O with orange hair, and others listed as variants on the toy guide page
It doesn’t list which variant is rarer, but you could ask just about any person with knowledge on the toys here and they could tell you.
