I was searching on French ebay looking for Cosmocats toys and stumbled across this variant of lion o, could somebody please enlighten me on this one as I’ve never seen it before.

I’ve got one with this colouring. I got it loose so I’m not sure of its origin, but they could be part of a bad batch, who’s paint has changed colour over time.
Looks pretty cool, weird how the head is much darker than the rest of the body. Thanks for the info to, much appreciated.
I think it’s just the plastic or paint has changed colour over time/ exposure to sunlight.
Due to the blue on Lion-O body changing colour I had to piece together one good one out of three.
It’s not really a variant. Just color changing/fading due to age/sunlight exposure. Still looks pretty cool!
