Why is there a psychological consultant Dr as a member of the classic TCs cartoon? To make sure it gave the right message to young kids? Just thought it was strange and obviously I never read the credits as a child watching the show, it was straight outside to run around acting out the show I’d just watched!
That would be a psychologist named Dr. Robert Kuisis, Ph.D.
Maybe to have some congruency and consistency in the character’s personalities?
You know, like someone that builds the character’s profile and would say “Someone like Lion-O wouldn’t act like this uner these circumstances”
A lot of cartoon shows have had consultants over the years, to make sure the episodes’ lessons are being expressed in an effective manner for kids. It gives the show some credibility, indicating it’s actually putting some thought into the morals being presented.
