Well I just posted this on Purrsia’s site and I’ll post it here…

Ah the other day my cousin Danny showed me a pic of myself and my sisters from 1986 when I was really addicted to Thundercats (yeah, I had to figure a way to post this and at the time I was hopelessly addicted to Tcats at the time)

I’m the smart ass on the left…my mother, the one in braces is my older sister (she almost became a nun) and the cute lil seven year old is my lil sister…awww, look how cute she was! I was nine years old in this…

Hard to believe I was that skinny too at one time. Now I’m a pathetic size 8.

Just felt like posting this for ****s and giggles…OMG, after looking at the family album today, I can’t believe how young looking I used to be (she has a pic of me at 20 years old) and how pretty my mother was when she first met my dad. She really did look like a model and how handsome my dad was. Perhaps I’ll get my sister to scan some of those pics so I can share them here. After showing the old family album today, I really saw how pretty my mother was when she was 17 and married my dad…She could have been a model. I’ll have to get my older sister to scan some…I’m so proud of her.

I hope I don’t get into trouble for posting this! *grins…but what can you expect? Lynx families look darn good!

Oh come on! You’ll thank me for this LOL…Okay, you can stop drooling over my lil sister…I have a cousin named Danny that is built just like an He-Man action figure and if you can beat him up…you can date my lil sister LOL

I have a few pictures fof me when i was like 5…lots of hair and who wouldve thought Id be bald by 29. To make matters worse ive just been informed of some gray hairs on the back of my head…:frowning:

If it makes you feel better, MannyC, I’m 26 and have recently discovered a couple of grey hairs - it comes to us all eventually… :frowning:

Thanks Chris…Im a fan of those 80’s photos especially the ones during Christmas time opening presents. Its amazing how different people look after so many years…you look back and you wonder what happened

Thanks for the compliments. As far as Manny’s comment, I only found about a few gray hairs myself, but I’ll usually just yank em out :wink: Nice thing about having long hair is it’s hard to notice them.

LOL, I love my father but he loves saying this…“A man with gray hair looks distinguished, a woman with gray hair looks old.” He doesn’t really believe that, he just loves saying that just to get a rise out of my mother and my sisters and I.

It was so strange that day when I was looking at those old pictures and especially my parent’s wedding picture from 1967, wow they looked so young. My mother was 17 and my father was almost 25. Wow did my sisters and I age them BWAHAHAHA! I guess having three teenage daughters will do that to ya :wink:

Don’t get me wrong, my sisters and I were good kids, but we did have our moments, especially when we were teenagers. One of my rotten favorite things to do was ask my father to buy me some feminine products and he would just hand over the money for it…we would lie about the prices too…just to get more cash and he never looked at the prices or questioned it…but my mother caught on quick and started buying us these things instead ROFLMAO! My father was a old fashioned man from the old country, there are just some things a man doesn’t do and that was one of them.

I think he was just grateful when all three of us graduated from high school.

Looking at those photos, your sister has sure changed a lot. But I gotta say.. you kinda still look the same with that bubbly smile :).
