Pumyra has two weapons though (and possibly a third that she gains just whevever the hell she needs it), and what’s more both her weapons have range she can stay out of reach of Cheetara’s little stick and snipe her all day long.
Actually, she has 3 already: the wrist crossbow, the bolas and the knife she made out of air.
With all the sass going around, the show definitely needs a Cheetara vs Pumyra scene now like the one in the OS in episode “Catfight”, just to please the fans and relieve the tension. AND WE ALL KNOW WHO WILL WIN MWAHAHA :pumyrahappy:

I like Pumyra better. But in an actual fight? I’d give the edge to Cheetara. Pumyra was just a solider. Cheetara was a Cleric.

I honestly don’t like the way Cheetara is characterized. She’s too much of a cleric to fully become believeable. Pumyra is steadily being characterized, and that makes her believeable.

I do agree that Cheetara is in serious need of development now, Pumyra has had some significant characterisation in the couple of episodes she has been in so far, yet Cheetara has barely had any all season, unless you count the love triangle, which I don’t because in my opinion that thing supressed her individual development arc.
BUT saying that, at the moment her role as the last known cleric IS her character, and there is a lot of room for storytelling there. We don’t know much about her past, her training, or what she will do to try and rebuild the cleric faith/role/group. There are a lot of huge gaps that I think should be, and will be explored in season 2.
