i have had this 4 inch basic panthro for a few months, i first noticed the paint rubbing off, and thought it was a chip, i ran my finger across it lightly, and it rubbed more. at the time, i thought it was just mine, i havent bought a second panthro, but i might have to. the chips are numerous and thats just from being stored with the other loose thundercats figures i have, does anybody else have the same issue? or is mine a lone case? i saw one other pnathro mint in a wal-mart, and it had a small chip. well in short cuz this post is long as it is, this worried me. i knowits a bandai toy and they arent known for the greatest quality, but my step son has tons of ben ten stuff and most of those are moulded in the color the character requires, so its hard to tell if this a normal flaw that bandai has with its toys. anybody?:lionomad:
My 4 inch Panthro had a small paint scratch on the chest region.
I just picked up a 4 in Cheetara today and I didnt notice when i purchased it but when i got it home and had a good look at it I saw that the symbol on her chest looks like there is a scratch or the paint is chipped off. Its still MOC so i don’t know how this would occur..well other then a cheap paint job i suppopse.
yeah, since my first post in this thread, ive seen another panthro with chipped paint. yikes, ill keep buying anyways but i know to be very careful, and might stop opening them, since these arent collectables, i like to open them, might change my thoughts on that, lol.:panthro:
