Well done flagging this up - at a glance blais72 looks genuine as he / she has gone to the trouble of listing some genuine biographical details, so at the very least we know they’re not a spam bot! 
Not so sure about the other one, very spammer-ish name IMO.
As you say, well worth keeping an eye on things!

Normally I wouldn’t ban them without a bigger red flag. But I’m going to tonight based on using the same IP means a 99% chance it is the same person.
